I agree with Anna on her advice to Mandy. The world dosent resolve around looks and the fact that Mandy has albums of body parts, shows the way she looks takes up a LOT of her time. The truth is NOBODY is perfect and your imperfections are what make you different and beautiful. Please try to understand this Mandy. You’re a beautiful woman and I feel like you will do more damage in the long term trying to pursue these changes. Everybody NEEDS to learn how to accept our imperfection that god has made us with, and we should accept gods plan for us.

There are definitely men out there that you can fully trust that when you’re old they will not leave you etc. nobody will ever know but you can’t stop yourself in life over that ‘risk’… weigh up the pros and cons, the persons character traits and pray for the best in someone who is MORE LIKELY to stay with you

Mandi: I think Anna is worried about me taking my perfectionism too far and her honest criticism might across as scolding- as your mum would scold you if you overly straighten your hair or if you overfill your lips or anything...She loves me more than anyone in the world and wants me to be truly confident in exactly the way I am. There might have been some bickering in the episode but that's naturally what sisters do and we wanted to keep it as real as possible and as authentic as we always keep it.
I don’t know if you have a sister or any siblings but judging by this comment you don’t, with your siblings you don’t just have a relationship because you’re related you have a friendship you grow up together experience the world together, so a lot of siblings keep it raw, it’s called being there for each other and snapping each other out of thoughts we should be reminded aren’t true
