- Statement of Compliance was issued 04/07/2024 and lodged to Land Use Victoria on 08/07/2024. Plan of Subdivision was registered 11/07/2024 and we got Titles. Settlement is scheduled on 25/07/2024. After a very long wait, everything is just happening so fast now. Can’t wait to get the build started…

Yeah, the new agent barely would give an update and wouldn’t reply if you send an email that was why I would email directly the developer as the senior manager would promptly reply to my emails. Do you have the 25th as settlement day too?
