I'm glad I got my M and M direct order in before you put this video out. Stayed away from the Umbro Athlete fit stuff, because I couldn't find any details online about how tight they were. If anyone has bought any and knows the armpit to armpit measurements of Umbro athlete fit, the info would be handy. Looks like Ellis missed out on a superb Gremio alternate shirt that used the same template pattern as 1990 Northern Ireland.
Problem with ebay now is that more and more people are starting their auctions at the price they want for the shirt rather than at 99p or whatever, so it's becoming harder and harder to find amazing last minute bargains. The classic football shirt market has become saturated and more and more people are jumping on the bandwagon. And I've noticed this change only over the space of a year or so, it's quite recent. As for the hidden tags, sellers hide them because 95% of the time ebay takes down listings where they're visible as being counterfeit even if the shirt is genuine. I've had genuine BNWT shirts flagged and taken down as counterfeit even though they weren't and as a seller, there is literally no arguing against them. Ebay definitely isn't what it used to be.
I have a question. I am in the USA and buy most of my jerseys on ebay. I focus on Adidas jerseys from the 2000s. I am curious why so many of the sellers of jerseys from that period on Ebay are located in Ukraine. How or why did so many of these jerseys end of there. So far, of the 10 or so that I purchased from there are all legit authentic jerseys. They are good at sending pics to confirm their authenticity before I buy them. I have purchased jerseys from Bulgaria, Poland, and even Lebanon, but there seems to be an abundance of sellers in Ukraine and I am just wandering if anyone knows why. Thanks.
I’m Ukraine we have stores of used clothes, that come from Europe and sometimes, or even often then that, you can find there some pricey items. So basically people in Europe give away their clothes to buy them back later from eBay.

Massively agree that fake shirts are a problem on Depop, and it is a massive shame that more isn't being done to address the problem Myself, and other genuine football shirt sellers that I've spoken to in the past, have all reported countless numbers of accounts selling fake shirts (pretty much a spitting image of the screen grab in the video) to Depop and have seen nothing done about it - which is disheartening That being said, there is still a great community of football shirt sellers who run amazing shops and are doing great work in fighting against the growing number of fake shirts in circulation Even fairly new sellers who are starting out with their own shops, or are just selling their second-hand shirts to make some money/as a hobby add a lot to the platform, so not all hope is lost While I'd warn football shirt fanatics to be wary when buying from Depop, the risk is no greater than buying from eBay for instance, so people shouldn't be too discouraged - there are plenty of great shirts/deals still to be had
As a depop seller, to hear you say avoid the site Ellis is disappointing. I agree there is a lot of people selling fakes but you telling people to steer clear completely really effects the few of us doing the right thing, trying to make money selling genuine shirts. You've recently hit 100K subs (congratulations by the way) so you know that the things you say when it comes to buying football shirts, majority of people will take as gospel, so to hear you tell people to disregard the depop in their hunt for football shirts is a real kick in the teeth.
Absolutely this comment ^^^ Disappointing for you to single out Depop in my opinion. There are a ton of genuine guys I know who have Depop stores selling genuine vintage/newer shirts at very reasonable prices. There are also a large number of fake/shady sellers at ebay/fb marketplace. If anything through my own experience both eBay & FB marketplace are generally worse than Depop. You now have a significant following that a lot of what you said will be taken as gospel and will hurt a lot of smaller genuine Depop stores. As with anybody looking to buy vintage shirts, do your due diligence and only buy the shirt if you are 100% comfortable, Depop in no way should be singled out here.
