Great video, but there may have been a few too many cooks in the kitchen!
Doing short dedicated videos on a single feature of Jobcontorl would be great! this video is good but when you quickly want to learn something it is hard to find in here! We just got a Trotec at school and I am super keen to understand the functions of JC11.

Is there a way I can keep track of how many designs I print on a single template? The reason I ask is I'm looking to keep track of our printing capacity but we print on several of the same product by placing multiple designs on a single template - I would like to know how many products I'm pushing through the printers each day.
Hi Josh, did you try using the job history function? It shows all completed jobs including the time each single job took.
Is there a way to change the engraving from bottom to top instead of top to bottom. For some reason I can’t find it in jc11
Hi Artur, there are two ways to activate bottom to top engraving: No. 1 is in the material database, before sending your design to JobControl. For each process color, there is a column to activate the reverse engraving mode.
No. 2 is in the printing interface before sending the job to Jobcontrol. Near the field where you can set the dpi, you can activate reverse engraving. Let me know, if this helps.
I would like a more in depth video on Frequency
How do I set my laser to return to the start after it finishes running the job? I can't find this setting. My laser used to return to start but after I had some computer issues and had to reload all my software I lost my settings.
Hi Tina, you can find this setting in "Settings" -> "Options" -> "Process options" -> "Laser homing" and check "move to (0,0) on begin and end". All the best, your Trotec Laser Team

Two options:
(1) There is the user manual in the JobControl, which is available via F1 or the help menu under "Help";
(2) You can download the manual from this page: www.troteclaser.com/en/contact/technical-support/manuals/
