It depends the location. Mid 2019 it was just festival then it really came out in france toward the end of 2019. But that's for France. I guess for most of other countries it was more like early 2020 at the latest. Just checked, the wide released in the US was 14 february 2020 for instance. So it's both 2019 and 2020 I'd say.
