Too bad, i was hoping to see this being built from scratch and not blueprints. But anyways, it's a nice tutorial and there's a lot of things to take from this so, thanks
Only issue with it being built from scratch is it takes so much longer for the details. I do understand though and maybe can look at doing more of that in future videos.
Honestly, if you're not using blueprints for your builds you're just wasting time. Set up a blueprint for each machine so you can easily group them together. Added bonus, not only can you set them down with a single click, you can delete them entirely with a single click as well when it's time to rebuild or upgrade or move
You can use nudge mode for better placement of parts instead of adding support foundations btw. I need to get used to it aswell sometimes cause the last time I played was update 5 😂
Fluid buffer only fills halfway because of the mark 1 pump. It works, but if you want those full, you'll need mark II pumps. The extracter has a head lift of 10m, so placing the pumps higher would be more efficient with mark I pumps.
That’s good to know, thank you! I don’t care if the buffer fills up all the way honestly. It’s more there as a backup if the coal stops coming in and allows the water to keep flowing for a little but that is good information to know for future builds!
Hey brother. Thanks for the vid.. love the content. Thanks for the free blue prints. What a bonus... keep up the awesome work..🎉🎉🎉🎉
Awesome. Can't wait to see more of your builds in 1.0!
Awesome, love videos like this. Not many creators make tutorial type videos like this
the style of the buildings is really cool
Would have liked to see how the coal all connects up.
But otherwise really nice looking
I'm gonna use this design for my upcoming fuel power plant
Good work! Really
Thanks a lot!
Do the same for steel layout, it looks awesome!
lol. in the intro you can see plants stopping producing smoke = you screwed up coal/water feeders. but aesthetically it's pleasing.
that is actually do to draw distance not being all the way up. They are running but until you get closer the smoke disappears.

Shame the blueprints are behind a paywall, looked good.
they aren't behind a paywall. While they are on my patreon, they are set to free so anyone can download them. hope that helps.
Kinda pitty you need 320 plastic when coal is lower tier
