Homeless Rock Thrower CAN'T Be Arrested?

- Опубліковано 16 чер 2024
- In this video I discuss an incident that occurred on the 110 freeway in California where a man who appears to be homeless was caught on video chucking large rocks onto the roadway causing an accident & multiple tire blowouts. I explain that for some reason despite HD footage of the crime the California Highway Patrol is claiming that they can't even look for the suspect unless the motor cyclist comes forward

As long as one of his rocks doesn't scratch the paint on a pride crosswalk, he'll be ok
That would be a felony hate crime. I don't even think about it! That's probably a thought crime.
Damn it you beat me to it. 😂
😂😂😂
Wrong state, but you're probably still right.
Maybe someone should paint a pride flag on the road so if it does get scratched he’ll get life in prison
So in California, I can throw rocks at a car and avoid arrest but if I defend my home from intruders, I go to jail
Use rocks
Welcome to commiefornia. It's the same in the UK and South Africa.
Depends....what do you look like?
No! Yes and No! If you pay taxes, have a good job and are a responsible citizens. Caucasian. Absolutely not. You will be sued and bankrupt to oblivion.
If your a criminal, have no ID, illegal or homeless but most importantly black. Yes, you are free to do anything you want in California.

Putting a motorcycle down isn't serious? The fuck are they talking about! Are you fucking KIDDING me?

Of course not! No one cares about motorcycle riders. Why else would no one ever watch for us?
They want to arrest the bike rider for disturbing the homeless guys property.
Had he killed someone, they would probably still require the victim to press charges.
n they still be dropped
They would drop it to a misdemeanor so they can say "look crime is down"..
They’ll get dropped because HE is the victim & it’s the drivers fault for being in his way.
Or blame the victim for getting in the way of the ritual of throwing rocks by their culture. This is the world we live in now! FJB
the victim would still be voting (D) long after burial.
He's the wrong color. Nothing will happen.
Did you just call one of the melanated "higher ones" the "WRONG" color? Blasphemy! How dääääär you!?
No, he’s the right color.
If I lived in California I'd find a new midnight hobby. The police don't do anything anyway. May as well make use of deep natural wells. I've always wondered how deep they really are. It would be fun to drop an object in to see how long it takes to hear a splash. How people aren't trying this new hobby is beyond me. They can't find a guy with head to toe road rash and a smashed bike. They sure as heck aren't finding a group of vigilantes decked out in black at 2:00 am. Not to mention someone would have to MISS the object that mysteriously fell in a well.
They need a victim to charge that dude.... Funny how they didn't need that for Trump tho... 🤷♂
Bless him. They're so oppressed.
The biker is *not* ok. Adrenaline got him up and moving but he was absolutely 100% hurt.

Shouldn't we be glad Spokane, WA is holding criminals responsible? You can throw trash on the highway in most parts of the country and face thousands of dollars in fines. If you purposely defaced public installations in most parts of the country you'd be charged with vandalism. So why exactly is it shocking that these teens are charged with vandalism? This is quite common. Sorry. My youngest and I were traveling to visit her sister in college, in Illinois. Whilst driving down an expressway, and just before the exit to a prison, downstate, someone pulled out in front of us, and threw a flowerpot into our windshield. I was told that having the license plate number was NOT ENOUGH. I was told, that I would also have to had stopped my car, and retrieved the flowerpot from the side of the road. Also, the gangs in my suburban neighborhood in a semi-rural community in Illinois, used to regularly throw rocks at passing cars and school buses- at the school bus stop... were never charged with a crime, and often laughed about their rock throwing escapades. If you have them then they can make things much worse by instituting terrible policies. If they aren’t there then they can’t do that.
All of cali's problem are a direct result of liberal/commies in our govt. and the passage of both prop 47 and 57.
I requested assistance from E Hernandez district 1 office because LAPD no doing its job, guess what? They also ignored me and no even a reply, only solution is to replace useless politicians and replace police chiefs and LA mayors, few weeks ago they police started giving $75 tickets for no paying metro here in LA, WTF is wrong with these politicans and police? They claim it will reduce crime and violence on metro buses and trains, right.meanwhile a crazy guys almst kills someone but thats nothing..did you know you can drive unlicensed, on uninsured and unregistered car and even cause an accident and police wont do a thing and let you go to drive again? Sounds crazy? Not really, an unlicensed drvier on uninsured and unregistered car hit my car, police showed up and left. What a en excuse now that a victim is needed for a crime? Like my car and I were there and victims but it doesnt count because it wasnt a hit an run? I am tired of all this lame excuses
"A crime needs a victim".
That is SOVCIT NONSENSE!!!
Theres people i see all the time getting arrested in my city in california who wont be in jail longer than 3 days and be back out, at the same place where they committed the crime. Its fucking crazy.
It's attempted murder, or at the very least, attempted manslaughter.
Actually no, it's littering.
It's legal to throw rocks at the ground everywhere on this planet. However, This man's only infraction was California penal code 374(b) - Littering, as it has the express line "any object likely to injure any person or create a traffic hazard.". So if they find him, they'll write him a ticket.
Vigilante justice
This guy has to be stopped. Today he’s chucking rocks, tomorrow it’ll be spears.
Scary because there's tons of bums now along the freeways.
So, a person decides to buy two kilos of fentanyl from another guy, then by their dumb definition there wouldn't have been a crime committed as there was no "victim" lol... holy crap, that is so f'ing dumb that my brain is hurting.
Yeah, and out of the THOUSANDS of officers ,HE'S their impressive spokesman.
As a California citizen, as a professional driver, we pay taxes for essential services like raising the minimum wage for fast food workers, tearing down transphobic traffic signs, and our school spend three pluss days a week to teach pride, thats lgbtq+&$#@ pride, to our children. Thus why California is the most woke and dei state. #califoria pride
And they have a fu**en flag to push their mafia type agenda
Throwing rocks on the freeway requires a victim. But if he shot one round in the air theyd lock him up.
🤬
Yes. Throwing rocks at the ground is legal everywhere on this planet. Discharging a firearm within city limits is pretty much illegal in every city.
In Texas this is charged as attempted murder... Because it is.
Texas is still USA, here in LA is shithole wild west with LAPD incompetent blaming DA office and everyboy blaming others but no officilal doing anything except looking after their asses
The people living in Ca. will still vote the same way. When will they learn.
Not everyone
@@ca8944 Thank You !
Exactly 😂😂 I don't feel bad for them. You get what you voted for!

No, thats no true, previous DA was recalled and this Gascon was supposed to be better, hardly the case. In meantime, LAPD blames DA office for the mess they contributed by not even doing their jobs a minimum, like two children blaming each other and no taking any responsibilities. In the meantime, motorists like them are paying no only the price of insecurity and lawlessness but also their f*ng salaries! I agree now to defund police since itmakes no difference , nobody calls police since waste of time , at least we can say money from our taxes without them living off of us like parasites
As long as the rock doesn’t touch Nancie Pelo sis mansion he is good.
I always assumed that theft, breaking into people's homes to get a free place to stay, or throwing rocks at cars would result in jail. World's going bonkers.

Glad that biker is ok but I'd be so pissed off I might fight that homeless guy.
