Radiant nerf is cuzz of change aspirant skin. Also this is the devs quote" we notice that magic defence are too op so we are nerfing radiant armor in the next patch. Lol we only have 3 useful magic defence item. Tough boots radiant and athenas. Now we only have 2. Also u know what is now op? Divine glaive. Cuzz if radiant nerf divine glaive is now super broken. Mages should rush it third.

Yea, Radiant was quite op, but they could've just reduced the amount of magic dmg it reduces instead of removing it, but yea its understandable because Aurora got a revamp, and Chang e is getting a new skin and Silvanna is also getting a new skin
I think they nerfed Radiant so that it will encourage players to use mage heroes and eventually buy the new skins

Exactly, Right now all sustain mage heroes are kind of op, because of the Nerf on Radiant
It really does depend on the situation, like what if Athena's passive is in cooldown? Radiant doesn't have any cooldown on its passive right? And what if ur up against Kimmy, or Change that will keep poking u? Will radiant armor be better? And if in that case, Athena can't start its cooldown if you're still being poked.
I agree with you, the shield can go into a cooldown, but the magic reduction on Athena is the main reason it kept winning since Radiant no longer has DMG reduction after the update

Raidient was broken even so it wasn't it was good and balanced moonton only doing this because there going to Add new items that give damage reduction and also because in low rank emblem does less damage make it it hard for new to beat a taken with Raidient amour even hanabi was adjusted because noobs dont have the braincells to step on the side for her bush bounce.
Now for the damage reduction imagine old Raidient amour with the new défense that have damaged reduction item plus queen wings passive now put it on a gato with full rage with vengeance 💀 damage wwell be 5 or 1🗿
New Raidient amour is useless doesn't counter no one i useed it and i couldn't survive a level 8 eudora combo i was 11 with athen and radiant amour they should bring it back Raidient amour was so easy to burst on with glow wand holy crsta and blood wings i malted tanks already with chang like this... we need ppl to spreed information of different wy and learn the game better because Quarter half of ml player have zero knowledge of the game imagine the noib they have zero unless theyre dota lol or hok avo player who know the way to play the game😢

Just like u said, they should make a new item that gives DMG reduction, or they should just bring back the old passive of Radiant with lower DMG reduction

this coming new update in advance server is radiant armor buff so maybe radiant armor become meta on original server❤

Exactly, It's so sad seeing Radiant Armor not being able to counter sustain dmg heroes like Chang e, Valir and others, let's hope they make some positive changes in the future
