I already had one of the Borderlands games, because of that, instead of paying $38 usd I got an additional discount. I got the Pandora's Box bundle for $30 usd. I only noticed when everyone else was quoting the higher price.
Arkham Trilogy @50% off - £24.99! Playing through Asylum and having an absolute bat-ball! I've not played any of these games before and, having been out of the gaming loop since the good old Game Cube days, I don't really have any other points of reference to how the Switch versions compare - to me it looks pretty great! Looking forward to the second game whilst totally expecting the 3rd to be a bit less bat-tastic... but I'll bat-grapple over that bridge when I come to it! Two classic games and one Joker for £25? Yes please!

Mark, Glen , Guys! You must play road 96 it’s amazing 75% off is a steal! I had it digitally done a couple play throughs and loved it , every run unravels more of the story it’s so unique this game and the music guys it’s really beautiful. I have since got it physical and it took me like 6-7 play throughs to complete the story and get one of the endings. So much to this game it’s a true gem!
For everyone reading this: Rune Factory 4 is a STEAL at this price. Rune Factory did 'farming + story rpg with combat' before anyone else, before Stardew, and the top-down titles are better than RF5. Pick this up! I played it back on 3DS and then fell in love with it all over again on Switch.
Road 96 is not what I thought it was at all, it's events seem random and unexpected in a good way. I might have to add this to the ridiculous backlog that we seem to have built up.
@paulblyth9793 Most of the game is regular races, but they're still fun but the demolition derbies are an absolute blast! There's a lot of upgrades and cars to unlock as well. I enjoyed it and I'm not a big racing fan honestly
The only one of those ai haven't picked up in the last few weeks myself is SMTV Vengeance, and I'm still heavily leaning towards it. I've already put over 50hrs into X3 and Trails From Zero and they're both excellent. TfZ is a bit of a throwback to Trails in the Sky graphically but if you're nostalgic for that it's a great sidestep to the more graphically modern Trails games
Got hogwarts free from Sainsbury’s reward scheme, I’d say it runs pretty decent on the switch. Also picked up borderland 3 physical from game recently, not played yet but I know the gameplay from previous games - quality

Road 96 is an absolute bargain at $5. the story, characters, choices, and soundtrack are all banging. i cannot recommend it enough, i wish i could play it again for the first time
I really like Road 96, it's fun and I found I didn't get bored was just enough side little games, and if your fail you just start from different part of country and meet a new bunch of people. My God son enjoys it to especially riding the side car with the bank robbers😊 Mile 0 is gd but I prefer the first one.

Ngl, this summer even tho i have a crazy game library had some banger deals ending up buying a few, so lately i have the issue of my SD card being full, while in normal circumstances i would just delete the game, it is a pain in the butt to re-download them cause of my 3,5mpbs download speed. I honestly hope the next switch addresses that issue by offering variety of nintendo switch with more memory storage. Started with a 64gb sd card and went up to 256gb and now ill probably get a 512gb which will do for now but for the next switch that will have higher resolution the textures will take much more space so each game may even be double or triple the storage size they currently are.
I've just got 7 of those 128gb cards and they're all full, not mentioning the 70ish physical games I have...I really need to invest in some of those 512s to clean things up 😅
I have Hogwarts Legacy on PS5, PC and Switch. My first playthrough was on switch. DO NOT miss out on this game just becuase you only have a switch. Sure its graphically better on other platforms but it absolutely works and its an absolutely brilliant game. It is SO GOOD. Please don't pass it up. 2023 between Baldur's Gate 3, Tears of the Kingdom, Octopath Traveler 2, Hogwarts Legacy, Dave the Diver, Dredge, Sea of Stars, My Time at Sandrock, Atelier Ryza 3... It was such an amazing year of gaming that I'm still working through. The only downside of having grown up money is having grown up time and energy. Which is none lol

I don't own Hogwarts Legacy but I sure will buy it for the Switch 2, it's just too big for the Switch - Which makes you think, what made the Witcher 3 perform better? No pesky loading screens when entering buildings and areas, 30 FPS at most and decent resolution when in handheld, I guess they didn't try as hard with Hogwarts Legacy, such a pity
Witcher 3 is much older game and was also very well optimized even for its time, when it came out back in 2014 I think i did not expect my old pc from 2010 to run it on 60fps.
I own Hogwarts for PS5, steam and switch but it played my first 100% playthrough on switch and loved it. Of course it's better looking on PS5 etc but it's 0 reason to miss the game. It's genuinely incredible.

Wreckfest is made by Bugbear of PS2 Flatout fame. It's probably the best stock car game ever. Switch port is great.

I picked up physical copies of Tails from Zero, SMT V: Vengeance and Xenoblade Chronicles 3 this week for between £30-35 each.

Hogwarts Legacy is more than half a decade newer and was primarily designed for a higher generation of console. Not at all an equal comparison.
