Great video! Seems to be a good alternative for AI Nero 3. I did notice that you have a Flipper magnet. Do you have the new float model? Does your leave scratches on the display glass?
I’ve just got a flipper magnet, I’ve been really careful using it, I haven’t put it near the substrate, I take it out and dry it after I’ve used it. I now have two scratches on my tank. I won’t use it any more.
I don't have the new floating model, and yes, I've scrated my glass a few times using it 🙈 my own fault though. I try and keep the magnet out the tank whenever it's not in use now
It’s seems they’ve made their own version of the AI Nero, however TMCs ones bigger, app-less and has no guard. Be interested to see the size and price comparison.
Nice vid Tris. I have the old version. Been more than happy with it. Size wise and noise wise. Having said that , i realy do like the updates on the new model!! Are you being good with no hands in the 250??
I was doing great up until today. It seems not cleaning the glass has had a big impact on nitrates and they have bottomed out 😬 I've cleaned it up and hopefully I'll see a rise in nutrients over the next few days 🤞
I brought one and found it was too powerful for my tank, so you can control the length of the wave and pulse cycle, but you cannot control the power. It will always ramp up to the maximum power of your pump.

Unfortunately I don't have a Nero to compare it to buddy. If it's at the same price point as the gen 1 model it'll be alot cheaper than the Nero 3

Out of interest what % are you running the wavemaker on your 20g?

How do you put it in feed mode?
To bad it doesn’t have anemone guard. How much are these and are they available in US? 4000 L/hr is how many gallons per hour.
I'm not sure of they are available in the US dude. I think just the UK and Europe

It would seem so. I'd never heard of Magtool before now but just googled it. Very similar
