Sir please make 40 feet by 50 feet corner house plane for South West facing. 40 feet have 30 feet South facing road( main road) and 50 have 20 feet West facing(auxiliary road) road. Try to make as per vastu.( One car parking,one bike, 3 bed room , one study/guest room , one drawing room, loby, kitchen, minimum 2 toilet( one for common), garden etc, in future we could make another two floor.

Mera bhi 1200 square feet South West facing plot hai West me 40 square feet and south me 30 square feet hai mujhe ground floor open rakhna hai aur construction 1st floor me karna hai isliye please mujhe 3bhk house plan bataye vastu ke anusar. North side me already ek Ghar bana hua hai.

Sir jee Mera 39 by 42 ka plot size hai jiske samne 25 feet ki road hai aur back side me 18 feet ki road hai baye corner per ,plot ke right sight me makan hai aur left side me bhi makan hai ,mujhe pls esa naksha chahiye jisme 2 car parking ho jaay , ek guest room aur 2 bed room ,2 attach toilet ,ek common toilet ,kitchen cum dining hall,Puja ghar , e k store room , stair ,bore well, safety tank sahit pura plan chahiye .
