Kestrel is alive .
Not anymore sadly. He was killed off in one of the more recent Splinter Cell books, Dragonfire.
@@DarthDragon007 No way... really brought him back just to kill him offscreen? That's so dumb.
LOL. When Kobin's men said "Russian gig" I'm guessing it was a big plot in the story. But still, Both single player and Co op story were great having a big incident for this game. It never disappointed me.
Nice to see a new and explained video on this :) would be great if you bind this and blacklist explained too.
Thank you, it means a lot to me. If anything, I uploaded a video showcasing Kestrel's appearance & rescue in Blacklist. It can be found at the end screen to this video. More information in regards to what happened after rescuing Kestrel can be found in its description, thanks to those who contributed to the Blacklist Wiki.
In terms of Conviction, I've been a fan of the SC games for years & wanted to make a clear & attractive video on this topic. It's something that we can all come back to & reminisce about, to boot. I appreciate your support, thanks again. 😊
Moi droog ( мой друг ) translates as “ my friend “
Thanks a lot for your input. It would help people to understand what Archer said to Kestrel during his final moments. I appreciate it. 😊
i knew that conversation in Kobins Mansion but i thought there we're 2 random agents
So did I, but it turned out to be our lovable duo from the co-op campaign, after all. Really interesting regardless!
Reminds me of that moment in the Chaos Theory Co-Op where your agents need intel, and Lambert contacts Fisher during one of the Singleplayer missions we played where we had interrogated someone for that same intel.
Damn deep story
Makes me sad to think that Archer and Kestrel never lived to be in The Conviction Story/Campaign
EDIT: i mean that Archer and Kestrel where not alive to be in the Main Campaign as like People who can fight along side you or just be at the End of the Campaign as like a background character.
I'm with ya on that. It'd be nice to see Sam meet either one of them. Archer was a part of Third Echelon, & so was Sam during this time. Kestrel was working with Voron, but there's always a possibility. After all, both Third Echelon & Voron work together as part of a joint operation in the Co-op Story. You never know.
Kestrel is alive. If you play blacklist coop, you find I'm alive on hospital bed
@Indra Deus Kestrel survived, but there was never any record of Kestrel actively working with Sam on any of his missions or after Blacklist was finished. Even though this was the case, it still would have been nice to see the two together in action. That's what we were talking about.
Niiice
Yo!!!!! I never noticed the bodies!!
Neither did I at first, man. It really surprised me! 😅
@@JimsGamingCave too busy killing dudes as a 17 year old to notice the story haha
@@EthanRavenWing Hey, right there with ya. 🤜🤛😏
The thing is, Archer died without his suit on, so if that is supposed to be Archer, it would be a bit weird for Kobin to have put his suit back onto him, just to put him into a body bag.
@@CamoFlash7_ I'd like to recommend that maybe it was forgotten, or an oversight, but it is still pretty weird regardless.
