I Was Watching Some Street Rules Videos It Mentioned No Fighting So I Thought About How I Usually Fight I Use My Palms To Fight Since I Find It Easier to Hit So i Searched Up Palm Fighting Techniques So I Ended Up Here
My sympathy to the guy that took all of those shots. She hit him hard and it had to sting. Only part missing is her stepping into his space and following all the way through. What really delivers the hurt is bringing you full bodyweight THROUGH the target.
My palm technique is deadly I'm been training by hitting walls and strong metal and I've gotten really strong I'm self taught and I'm proud I'm really fast but my body weight holds me back.
Bruce Lee carried HIS weight; this guy has to carry his. Fat people are the ultimate weight-lifters, every day they get out of bed. My only advice would be to learn to throw your body-weight behind every punch.
I like your techniques but they're all 3 yrs old. Still good, but you could expand on the psychological aspects, where there's a lot of information. Some are stuck with fools, so it's not like they can escape. So, uh, teach Dim Make, 😃!

People hurt themselves punching with their knuckles, especially the wrong ones. Palm strikes are safer, at the cost of a few more inches of reach.
