We must remember the deaths that occurred in the 80s or 90s from people drinking too much comfrey tea. Everybody here probably knows this, but I lived through all that watching it happen, and just want to always say it everywhere I see comfrey mentioned medicinally. And as we know it's worth growing just to make garden compost water from it! Great channel!

I hear so many people talking about feeding this to their animals and composting with it or chop drop it, but why can't we eat some of it for the Nutrient density? Some comfry is not palatable for animals. The one comfry that I like is called ((Russian Bocking number 4)), and it is very Is palatable for animals. It is also clumping instead of spreading, and you can dig the roots up and propagate it very well that way. I learned about this from Billy from a Perma Pastures farm. Billy the permaculture pimp. My father-in-law used to feed comfrey to his goats, to calm and soothe. Nutritious milk.

I use your comfrey salve daily. It works! I have not been able to get my comfrey seeds to germinate. Not giving up though...
6 seeds only one took.

You have to put them in the fridge for at least 30 days to germinate the seeds.
