I'm probably wrong but I don't see Radahn and Miquella doing it. Consort definitely implys a sexual relationship and Marika definitely saw it that way. But I don't see Miquella using it that way. I get the feeling that his consort is more an enforcer than a lover. He seems less human and too goal oriented to consider that.
NGL, I think that this fight stretches the Souls formula past its breaking point. It’s not a good fight, it’s not a fun fight, and on top of that, it’s massively overtuned. I hope that From goes in a completely different direction with their next game, because they need a serious design refresh.
this fight becomes extremely easy with a shield. whether a bonk greatshield or small shield with spamming "scholar's shield" for the mages. It's very fun to fight with stamina management for once. this is first time From is tellin you to adapt and try something new. I never used a shield ever but I found it fun here. it feels fresh. 'Malenia' was the opposite, using a shield was the worst idea and yet all the people who used a shield since the beginning had to adapt without it and learn to dodge.
Ok. so after you learn how to dodge Radahn's attack i would actually argue the fight becomes actually fun. That being said it took me wayyyyy to much time to learn, mainly due to the fact that once you missdodge one attack you most of the times just die making the learning process frustrating (I am talking here about 2nd phase). I did it with normal setup light roll and a weapon, but I can see why people are swapping to fingerprint shield or some other shenanigans. I have like hundreds upon hundreds of hours in those games in pve & pvp and it took me like what, close to 10+ hours of trying over couple of days to learn and start enjoying the fight. If you are more casual then god this boss is bullshit. I feel like most parts of this boss individually are not that bad, aggression, visuals, the whole lasors etc. but put them together and it can become tad bit of wtf. Also it doesn't help the fact that it feels like a reskin of a boss whos storycame to a nice conclusion.

its really fun fight and i enjoyed it, this is the future of fromsoft get used to it
