My first RC car, well "real RC car" was USA-1, I think I just have to get this one, it looks great, and have about all the upgrades already. It seems Kyosho is starting to turn around some, maybe. The Fazers are also cool, the re-releases to. Too bad there is a limit on my wallet.. :D
From a big Tamiya fan. Quality of kyosho is twice as good. My vintage Optima is still rock solid as it was in 1986 when my Tamiya Vanquish has deteriated over time just sitting there. There has been very little innovation from Tamiya which is disappointing where kyosho continues to keep up with the times.
@@Aro800 I agree that Kyosho is better performance machine, but coast is bit too high for some young beginners, and for some of collectors wants to just keep them for collection like myself..

Kyosho poor marketing compare to Tamiya. Entry price is almost double compare to Tamiya. It's hard for beginners to get in..

kyosho is sold to kansai bank, they have to make profit now with less item's. the gt2 was priced by half in 2013
