@akros9333 Your reviews have been with me since almost the beginning of my short IEM journey, I've collected so far: Serial, Fan2, Hook X Hbb, EPZ K5 and Bluelover. I'm still missing something that offers that extra amount of detail retrieval and maybe "sparkle" in female vocals without missing lower end (I can sacrifice some ot the timbre). I guess it's not your cup of tea but would you consider Phoenixcall a good option for jpop (electronic music, and high female vocals?). That's the only genre I still have some problems to match what I have, there is always something missing (probably that extension). Or maybe something different under $200 with focus on detail retrieval and technicalities that would fill that missing place in my collection.
Yes Phoenixcall is in my opinion capable of giving you what you looking for. The GK100 is another highly detailed iem and the third one is the soon to be releases Simgot EM6L I would say Phoenix and EM6 very evenly matched with very correct tonality while GK100 is a little more clinical.
@@akros9333 Thank you. Now to the worst part - waiting for the official premiere and shipping :) PS: what would be the biggest difference between Simgot and Celeste?
@@Mykeoguns Long story short I've got Audiosense T800. Maybe not exactly what I was looking for but I enjoy it for what it is (fun and aggressive but somehow works even when being sibilant).
Picked up the Phoenixcall for a great price, unfortunately it didn't speak to me so it's going back. Enjoy the sound signatures of EA500 with tape mod, ST5 and PA02. Thinking far future purchase will be Ziigaat X Jay Audio Estrella or SuperMix 4.
I love the selection of iems here, they help set a reference for this set. I know that a ranking list would be too much work given your collection. But would it be possible to do a periodic (yearly?) top 20 or something for each price bracket? There are so many sets (and so many obscure ones you cover that others don't) that some good stuff may get lost. I cant watch more than once every 6 uploads, but its always a gamble whether to pick a random video of yours, or one on an already popular set.
My problem is the low frequency never sounds correct when the upper nids are high. When I place dumpers in the noozle. Then the drums gets correct and the upper mids and treble it muffled
As comparison n my music preference I will go with EA500 which I possess over celest. As24 will b next target n I hope it is different than EA500 in good way. I don't like to buy iems with same sound signature or hv similarities. 😊
@@wipeyourbuttocks yeah i was considering the ea500 but now people say mei is better. I mean its cheaper so if its true im all for it. But reviews are scarce.
This guy is full of ... you know. Yeah, I get it's your taste, but when there is this much bass leaking into female vocals, which [female vocals] should sound clear, it's just unforgiveable! Come on! You should think that you're not buying an IEM to yourself, you're reviewing it to us others! You should at least mentione/warn about it! I mean, it can be seen in the measurements, too!
My friend if you don't like my style it's all good., stick to the review/reviewers you resonate with more, but be respectful. If there is something I pride myself of is being always very clear and clean about what I like and don't like..... that's why I even post my playlist, so that you and others can identify with some of the music and then make a decision for yourselfs. As for the nuances of the sound reproduction, again I make it clear if I like , don't like. As for the measurements as you state .... often times they don't represent the reality of what you hear, both in a positive and negating manner. Finally since you consider yourself more capable of being a good reviewer to go ahead and grace us with your reviews, teach us.....hell I'm sure I will learn something from someone that is obviously a true professional.
The iem comparison guru. I love watching your channel, your the man 🎉
Another one! 💎
Thanks always for the impressions Akros, great assistance for IEM shoppers
Prob getting these or the simgot em6l
do you have an iem ranking list ? or at least an iem recommendation list ? thanks

I already have a Mangrid Top, is it drastically different, is it worth getting this also or no point?
which one would you keep between celest and as24?
Seen this on sale but not sure it makes sense when I have the GK100 already, looks great though
Is it better than Tangzu zetian Wu? Overall

What's your pick under 150 dollar
Why all the sound in only right channel? For review thanks!
I think this is the second microplanar set after the quintet, surprising that this driver tech made for two good sets right away.
Where do you buy the cables? I like them all and awesome video
Found it never mind lol

Phoenixcall vs. OH10?
I have OH10. Is it worth it to buy phoenixcall as an upgrade or a side upgrade?
Less bass and sub bass, the cable is better then the one that came with the oh10. but that's about it. so a slight downgrade but also half the price
How does this celest compare to Hidizs MS3
Great comparison video
You same age as me.
Where did you get the nice cable of the yume 2 ?😊
