You need to respin, the powder/crumbles means your freezer is too cold (not a bad thing) and once you respin and maybe add some milk, it would be so much better and CREAMIER!!!

Nice to see you can use actual frozen or fresh fruit as I never buy canned. I think I will blend mine in the Vitamix first, just to help out the Creami. And maybe add some non dairy milk to make it like a sherbet mmm I make almond/coconut milk and I bet that would be good. Thanks for your video.

My husband and I love pineapple (and ice-cream!) And are trying to eat healthier...can't wait to try this in place of ice-cream!

Definitely need to respond and maybe add a little milk on top to get it creamier, that didn't turn out too well

A respin or two should have done the job without adding unnecessary milk.

Good Lord, you could have use the time to respin the product into something resembling a sorbet instead of talking nonsense.

Gosh lady, just re-spin it already. Painful to watch the slow dragging video of nothing. She says it is powdery n crumbly and acts like she is not sure but then says she is going to have it that way. Ugh. When there is a specific button right there to get it creamy. And the whole video could have done in half the time. Painful!
