Beautiful carrots!! I love glazed carrots!! 🥕 We have a restaurant here that puts coarse black pepper on top of its glazed carrots. If any of you are looking for just a less sweet glazed carrot, try coarse pepper over the top!!! Love the radishes and cucumber!! The red onion is a great addition to that recipe! I have made a recipe that uses cottage cheese as the dressing, but I whiz the cottage cheese with a bit of cream so kids don't know it has cottage cheese in it!! 🐣🐣🐣 Beautiful recipes!!

I think I’ll make the pasta salad once a week! Also can’t wait to try the corn casserole! Actually, I’m just blown away. Each recipe was great. I’m gonna throw out my millions of cookbooks and just live on these recipes! You outdid yourself Catherine. Would have liked to see them in the description, but I’ll write them out-it is worth it! Soon as I finish stressing about my taxes, I’m gonna hit the grocery store. Oh, and btw, thanks for that tip about salting the hard boiled eggs. My friend said he does, but doesn’t know why-probably bc his mother did. Can’t wait to tell him (he’s 83, I’m 73). And we were wondering how long to cook eggs. I rarely make them, but I have to look it up every time, so I also loved your 5, 5, 5 rule!! I don’t cook much-lived in NYC for 21 years (delis and Korean markets) then I worked nights for 21 years, and am single, but these are all doable even for me! I’m just so excited! Can you tell, haha.

So glad to see you using "505", the BEST chili around! I live in Albuquerque and they used to have a restaurant here, they closed years ago. All the 505 products are heavenly...my late husband used to make the best red chili ever...since he passed I just use the 505 red chili...not as good as his was but pretty tasty. I really liked the scalloped potatoes and glazed carrots, and the pasta salad and cumber and radish salad. So many to choose from and they all look delicious.
Hot cross buns are for Good Friday here in Wales, and all of the U.K., warm out of the oven or toasted with plenty of butter, and not so much sugar in the making. I have just seen this, just going to have tea and Hot Cross buns😊.
They all look super good. I am going to make the cucumber salad. I've allowed myself, at 76, to not like Brussel sprouts. For years I ate them, thought I must like them cuz they're so good for you, but then, one day, I decided that, no, I do not like them Sam I Am. And I don't have to. After your video I realized that maybe I do like them after all. So eventually I will buy some and give that a go. Thank you for your videos.

Oh boy, I love all these recipe's. I tried fresh brussel sprouts one time, and I peeled & peeled each one . There was dirt all through to the very end so I never bought them again. Had to throw all away. I'll never forget it lol
