Yeah, I thought the "dry ship" request was actually really reasonable as well. But his communication skills are severly lacking. Here is what he said in a way that would show appreciation for the crew: "Okay, guys. Captains orders are that from this point on, no alcohol is to be consumed while at sea. I think this is a reasonable request after what happend last night. [show examples of impact to seaworthyness without pointing fingers, e.g. "Somehow one of the helicopter lights got damaged. This is a severe safety threat."] Should there be any questions about that, I'm happy to entertain them here with the group or individually in my cabin. The same goes for any personal grievances you might have. As the first officer I strive to be a mediator between captain and crew, so you will always have my ear should there be problems. Should you choose to depart for any reason in [port], please let me know."

When you board an vessel illegally they should have just pressed charges against sea shepers
Lmao I see master of arms and quartermaster being thrown around as terms but not seeing the skill or knowledge behind it...
Wow Cabin Boy regurgitating Cosplay Watson’s imperial orders and the disposable minions got upset. So the suckers got upset.
1:33 - by her own admission, the ships quartermaster (navigator, lookout, helmsman) has the worst hangover imaginble. Seriously !!!!!!!!!
Ask yourselves, are you in it to win it? Or just there for convenance. Anyone on board needs to do the work.
Peter Brown and 2nd mate should be the first to sign off, the comments Paul said said was wrong and Peter Brown, like Peter said you can be replace get it, you mess up more than once, for Paul you mess up and the Japanese Government finally got you, look where you are now!
That captain is more dangerous than the alcohol.
Has any member of that "crew" even taken a basic seamanship course? Do they actually have annual training on a boat? Do they not know that right, wrong,or indifferent the Captain is the Captain and there is no democracy. As far as this "Captain" and "First Mate" go,neither of them even suspected that a n unauthorized party was happening right under their noses? Total incompetence from the bottom up. How are they even allowed to sail?
You don't treat your crew badly and tell them they are replaceable.
Peter is the male version of a Karan he thinks just because he’s a friend of Paul means he can be in charge man I hate him
Paul Watson is the most hated man to ever sail ! Imagine , donating your entire life to something EVERYONE LOVES , conservation ! Yet you are universally hated due to your insufferable demeanor
