- Whats up UA-cam so today I got a tutorial on how to bind your yoyo. This video was made for Magic YoYo Official so that is why I am a little more serious and professional in this video. Binding or learning how to bind is an essential step you need to learn as you advance in yoyo. With all the fidget spinner viewers getting into yoyo I feel this is a great time to do this tutorial. I am using a magic yoyo Katana in this video but this works with any unresponsive yoyo. I also teach how to do this sidestyle as well. This is honestly the best. I haven't found a single one that explains the basics like this video; they seem to think that we already know how to get the yoyo in the middle of the string, and other things a complete beginner could never know. I actually got really frustrated with other videos, so thanks for making this really easy to understand.

Hello I just started yoyoing and this helps a lot for a very beginer like me.
Do you have to this every time you want to end a trick and if so, how do you know what side you should bind the yo-yo as sometimes I have to put the string the other way

Awesome! I watch alot of your vids 👊 and this helped me out alot! I was a yoyo kid in the 90s when they were getting crazy with yomega and proyos etc, so Ive always just played with my basic fireball and responsive yoyo tricks, I never got too technical, but I just started trying to have new to me and more technical fun with it. Anyways I've been diggin on some magic yoyos for the price and the quality, my first is the N8 so learning to bind was my first step and you definitely made it easy to learn! Anyways thanks for your straightforward and informative vids on yoyo everything. Keep bein you brotha 👊

Not a single bind tutorial I've seen has said to turn the string towards the non-throw hand. Got it very first try using this method

Some great things you do that puts your tutorials above the other ones I've watched are the first person view and slow motion. It is SO frustrating when tutorial videos go too fast and you hafto keep rewinding and slowing it down.

Great Channel Man! I have been learning a lot watching but I am having a problem sometimes when I bind. I end up with a loop in the string when the string goes back on the yoyo. Any tips to prevent that?
Rico Rodriguez that loop is normal that loop can also prevent snags from happening so thats fine you cant prevent the loop from happening tho anyways have a good day
i got a yoyo from magic yoyo, i think the yoyo name is the t5 over load and it is so damn slipery that the blind keep slipping off and the yoyo won't come up, can you help me with that ?

smj1245 well you can but its going to be sooooo much powerful but there is a site where you can get an unresponsive and responsive bearings for so much lower price soo buy a new bearing if its fard for you with a responsive yoyo

Becuase what Dylan is saying is to put the string under the yoyo its an okay method but it can cause knots to happen though, but it’s better if you pinch the string and and move your non yoyo hand down when in front mount and you will feel it binding and will not cause knots
