@@eddieokpara3549 The persecution in Israel is much less than the other nations around them and freedom of religion is guaranteed by their laws, and they are the only democracy in the area. Not to mention that the God of the Bible and of the Torah and Tanakh has special place in His heart for the Jews and the nation of Israel and they are the apple of His eye and whoever touches them is likened to poking his finger in the God's eye. The Bible commands us as believers to pray for the peace of Jerusalem. And in the Father's eyes they are still God's chosen people and we are simply grafted into the vine with them and it is only because we are now accounted by faith in Christ as Abraham's seed that the blessing of Abraham can now come on the gentiles who believe. Romans 9-11 warns against becoming proud and thinking we who are grafted in are better than the natural branches who were cast away for their unbelief. God still has a future for Israel as proved in Revelation. So we as Christians should be supporting Israel & the Jews while also trying to help them become completed Jews by helping them find their Messiah Yeshua, because without Him they are as lost as the rest of the world, and we can only do that effectively by demonstrating Christ to them.
