In my opinion i feel not just at this stage but even later on in the season, we would be better off to chase rather than lead the pack, because in both seasons we havent won in the key areas we were the team in the lead
Just to advise that the airfield near Stratford Upon Avon, where global gathering happened, is now a huge Cala Homes development that is half completed. I live about 7 miles away.
From Arteta's presser today looks like Ben white is a doubt - so that might mean Partey at RB again? I feel for Newcastle we then have to just stick with Rice and Merino as a 2 hoping Gabriel is fit (If not start Kiwior)? Ethan and Jesus should be the first two subs though. Big big match for us tomorrow - I hope we get the points on the board with a win first thing - that inter Milan trip is going to be very tricky as well before Chelsea. COYG and great job Charles!
Think everyone has to listen to Arteta on Nwaneri. He said that he's only 17 and there's a need to balance out his body growth as well as his mentality. Yes he can impact games and play in the odd game but the prospect of him playing regularly at this stage might be too advanced for his body (at this stage). Yes everyone will be beefing about Yamal for Barca/Spain but it will be interesting to see how long his career lasts (a la Michael Owen).
It's wild how diffrent the injury thing is compared to American sports, teams here are required to give practice reports everyday and can be fined for lying about a player being injured
I agree with everyone that Nwaneri is potentially Great. What do you expect Arteta to do when Ode is ready to take his place? Has the spotlight missed Lewis Skelley.
Arteta will continue to manage Ethan's minutes - start league cup matches and hopefully if we secure UCL qualification in the next two fixtures, then start him in the remaining games. Else, he should be one of the first three substitutes considered for game state (especially if we need a goal).
As there are way too many games being played during a season, there will be plenty of play time for Ethan. He's already on his way to play more than Saka at his age, in a team that isn't fighting for Top 4 but for the title. He's doing great as it is. 👍

Jack Grealish is 100m and never guaranteed a start?
Trossard has been poor for the past 3 games and if anyone's place is under threat , its his.
Play Sterling there. Keep the 442 formation for continuity.
Not agree, play last time good Trossard

As good as Ethan is , what are his chances when Odegard is fit? Where can he play.
Chances to do what?
Odegaard can be subbed
@@jonrendAnd should be at points, same with Saka

The best version of Arsenal always has Partey, there is no doubt. I don't know what you guys are talking about.
Konate should have given us a PK but the Referee & VAR are trash! Best league in the world with the worst refereeing!
Does Kai have some sort of immunity on criticism? He's very poor, a championship player will be more effective.
lol
Arsenal need to get replacements for Jorginho and Partey. No doubt they are good players for us but they are old now.
MA - please play Ethan Nwaneri and he is probably Arsenal's best attacking player after Saka
