When using swing mode we are unable to stop the flap at our desired position.....
You can Set it, keep Pressing the swing Button and select ur desired angle in remote Display.

Is it normal for remotes like this to always have the display on? My AC remote doesn't have a button to turn the remote off, just the AC. So the remote is constantly showing a number (the temperature). Does this drain battery?
Yes the remote doesnt get off and it drains the battery , cant do anything for this

To my utter surprise I noticed that the remote control has no back light while many other AC models of LG have a backlight. This is very basic functionality in any AC remote control, and I dont understand how a big brand like LG forgot to put a back light in its latest hot & cold AC model.
Maximum people use it during the night time and it is very difficult to see the controls and change the required settings without any back light.
I am expecting that LG should come out with a solution to this problem.

Press the 6 in 1 / AC + 4 button twice, it should display "AC" on your remote and on the indoor unit.

It's not necessary I recommend if you need cooling instantly then go for f5 if not then just set auto 👍

Struggling with LG AC that was bought only 9 months back. They don't seem to be responsible with maintenance and service area as I dont see anyone picking up calls in the customer care and no replies to the WhatsApp customer care. I had also raised service request in their website and tried to escalate the request. And again no response.
Completely poor support from LG.

I own an old Volta’s almost 15 years old and that have a back light. shame on you LG bloody shame on you, I swear those “Brilliant Engineers” at LG every time we have to put on room lights or get our phone torch to see which damn setting your remote is at, spoiling the sleep every f***ing time.

Your remotes dont have backlight. Sleep mode is useless as the AC automatically goes into low performance.

Same with me, I purchased LG dual inverter AC a month ago in March 2023 and in just a month cooling is down and even after reducing the temperature to 18 degrees it takes atleast 2 to 3 hrs to cool my bedroom which is just 120 sft, Pathetic AC
@@ashwinkumarchilukuru6990 Actually problem is in their service, AC is really good, you have to clean indoor unit, both rotating fan and fins cleaned smoothly. Use wet tooth brush to clean fins and 1.5" paint brush to clean fan. Just go through some UA-cam videos. I done myself, now my AC working perfectly and consumes very very less power, even at 27•c we feel like we're in antartica... 😂

Its time to shout out the poor quality of their AC and make people understand that there are many other better brands with economical rate. i challenge LG to run a cooling efficiency test with brand like Llyod..
