Which brings me to this Turkey recipe. Phenomenal!!!!
I followed it as is except for the whiskey...but I added 2 tsp of cinnamon to the rub. I smoked with pecan wood along with chunk charcoal.
So smooth, juicy and beautiful smoke flavor.
Hands down the best Turkey I’ve ever tasted. Everyone who tried it agrees....incredible flavor.
Thank you for all of your content and humor.

Thanksgiving Turkey turned out awesome due to this recipe. Don't have a smoker so did little differently. Added cajun seasoning instead of salt in the injection brine, spatchcocked the turkey, marinated overnight and used convection oven for 1st hour at 350 F, then tonnes of butter and foil wrapped @ 325 F regular oven for the rest of the time till breast temp at 165 F ( copied from Aaron Franklin ;) ) . The dry rub was just perfect added little more heat. Best turkey ever and next time will do it in an offset smoker. Thank you so much.

Made this recipe for this Thanksgiving. Got multiple compliments on it. Really really good recipe and easy to follow. I was planning on brining the fresh bird and decided NOT to based on this recipe and it turned out perfectly. I cooked her at 325f on my Kamado and it took around 3 hours. Tender, juicy, delicious. I was curious what flavor the Fire Jack Daniels would add and it added a really nice touch. Highly recommend this. Glad I found this.

I don't see how it's an issue for someone to try to make someone feel good about themselves. Especially from a bunch of dudes. Do you think that I'm here in America thinking that one day I will travel halfway around the world and get her to marry me? No. I was simply saying facts about MY impression of her. What kind of no life person reads all of the comments on UA-cam videos and let's it have ANY type of effect on them. Do you just watch videos of other people going outside and doing things while you sit behind a screen and do zero? I get great ideas from Pitmaster X and I try them out. I have a feeling that if you're reading comments like THAT then its probably moms meatloaf night for you at the old family dinner table and you should probably spend more time on bettering your life in some way. Maybe you might even find a girl of your own one day.
