I can relate to this song personally two of my friends left me and I'm having a hard time dealing with the pain and sadness of missing them this may be irrelevant but they started dating right before leaving me like I'm a problem for their relationship anyways whenever I listen to this song I'll think of them and how they're happy being a couple and forgetting about me

Here's a tip. When you sing a song that demands real power behind it, like this one does, imagine that you have no mic and singing to someone sitting 100 yards away from you and you have to make them hear you.
Shout-sing it. None of this mouse-singing with no power or feeling in it. That's karaoke shit and Im guessing you dont want to do that, right? Would you sing 'I Will Always Love You' with such a weak voice? No. Do it right.

I appreciate your feedback. My goal was to make a softer cover, that suits my voice. I understand that some songs require power and mix/belting, and it's up to the person singing what kind of approach they want to do. Honestly I wouldn't compare the two songs, they are completely different. Either way, I value your opinion, and I think that there is no "right" way to do it, that's why we have many versions of multiple songs. If we all sang them the same way it wouldn't be that fun. 😊

@@juliana.a.cortez Fair enough. But since you used the original instrumentals I assumed you were going for a likeness cover.
I suggest that in order for you to truly reach what you were aiming for, do another one, but with an acoustic guitar for the chords, some light bongodrums for the beat and a piano for the instrumental melodies.
I think that would suit your voice very well and make for a great cover of this song.
