Very nice and easy to make recipe. As for this egg keema pulao - no pairing required but it also tastes good with mango thoku pickle or a prawn masala pickle. I make a south indian version of this with curry leaves, red chilli, heeng and mustard seeds in the tadka. And the main component of the masala along with all other spices you have added is the podi masala (chutney powder). It tastes fab with tomato onion peanut chutney or just as is or pair it with Sambar.

Interesting, easy recipe... scramble the eggs first, then add pre-cooked rice and mix.. everything gets heated at the same time... question is, how do you prevent the rice from drying out too much...can one add milk as one does to normal scrambled eggs? BTW, your spectacle frames are very interesting.. available locally/nationally or from abroad?🤔

I made this with boiled cubed eggs and added ginger and garlic paste also. I think this will taste good with mooli ka raita or cucumber raita.
I personally add pepper powder at the end of the cooking for the recipes like fried rice pulao etc... Because it will be spreaded allover

We just made this for breakfast. But, a southwestern version with hatch chilies and a bit of chorizo. 😋😋😋😋😋😋
