Twitter for me! Does my old heart good to see youngsters honoring a great band & a great song! The slow part at the end gave me some feels there, well done👍
@@blib3786 Ozzy sang "Hole in the Sky", Symptom of the Universe", and "Megalomania" in the setlist night after night with little sleep and heavy partying. That is very rough on the vocal chords.
How this doesn't have 100's of 1000's of views I do not know, this is one of the best Sabbath covers I have ever heard. Incredibly talented young men, rock on!!!
Ozzy wrote these lyrics about how much their former manager screwed them and this kid carried that same angry emotion and the instrumentals are phenomenal. By far the best cover I've ever heard of a Black Sabbath song and that includes Planet Caravan by Pantera.
This is one of the hardest metal song you'll ever have to sing (the last two buildups especially) so nothing but respect for this young man singing, he actually nailed it at various points and it's amazing. The whole band has paid real good homage to the original.
Its even hard for Ozzy to sing Ozzy stuff and this kid pulled it off. What strikes me is that with this young raw band they capture the proto punk that Sabbath was creating. Great job kids.
When I first found this a few years back, my reaction was Holy Hell! These kids know what they are doing. I still listen to this periodically. You dudes keep it up. Like the other guy said, that's a hard one. Great job.
Nailin' that shit, bro. Great job cause that vocal ain't easy to do. You have the right vocal anger in the first part and the optimistic crying vocal of the second part. Feelin' it, man. And then... ha ha ha... you just walked away like "my job is done here". Nice.
Nice job, lads! This is one of my favorite unsung Sabbath tracks - so dark and angry, until the acoustic guitar parts the clouds and optimism reigns for the remainder of the track.
SALUDOS
Excellent cover boys! It's a very difficult song to sing. You can tell the singer becomes really exhausted, but that could improve with some better technique. You boys are still young at this point so it probably comes with experience. Keep rocking! :)
He does great! Really have to push it, because it is a "Pissed off" song. One of the few Ozzy actually wrote. Mad at managers, record labels who ripped Sabbath off. They were truly angry
Holy fuck boys !!! Good fucking job ! This is NOT an easy song with lots of studio effects on the album but you guys rocked the shit outta this ...very impressed!!!!!
Ozzy just shared this on Facebook, that's how I found it. SO GOOD!
Same \o/

Great old Sabbath non radio song...and a compliment from Ozzy...
Awesome 👍
@@NawiboJ the non radio songs are the best too
same. Incredible vocals and that bass wasn't bad :)
This is a really hard song to sing. It's very high and it's so good to see kids today do it. It's not perfect but man, he's fantastic!
Hell, he sings it better live than Ozzy ever did!
It sounds really good but the singer is dodging alot of the hard parts by doing the false acdc whale
@@VinslomBardy I don't think Ozzy ever sang this song live, he could barely sing Megalomania and even that song isn't as hard as this one.
Totally Agree! This is some real badass shit!
@@blib3786 Ozzy sang "Hole in the Sky", Symptom of the Universe", and "Megalomania" in the setlist night after night with little sleep and heavy partying. That is very rough on the vocal chords.
It excites me that young kids appreciate this song by the greatest band of all time... Rock On Guys!
Ozzy just shared your performance of the Writ !
You made it folks.
How this doesn't have 100's of 1000's of views I do not know, this is one of the best Sabbath covers I have ever heard. Incredibly talented young men, rock on!!!
Because the song is sadly unknown to most people, probably even Sabbath, they never played it live
Ditto, great cover of the writ....

Amazing!!!! Not an easy song to cover. What a master piece.
For an experienced band to cover this is difficult. One of my favorite Sabbath songs. Y'all did AMAZINGLY!
Glad to see young guys still playing Rock/Metal classics other than pop and rap.
Love the drummer's T-shirt. Always be proud of who you are.
This is a very good job, that singer rocks, its one of the most difficult sabbath songs to sing, its a high pitch song, like sabbath bloody sabbath
If ever there was a brilliant cover it would be this version of The Writ! Well done!
Great job...40 year sabbath fan
Mad, rabid Sabbath fan 40+ years
FANTASTIC!!! Great, but tough one to cover. KILLED IT!!!
Magnífico, excelente trabajo, las dos guitarras complementaron bajo bien, batería en ritmo, voz excelente.
Drums are on point. Vocals…..nailed. You jailed it
Great! I've always loved this song. Nice to finally hear a live version. It's Ozzy approved, so you can't go wrong.
Who are these kids ???? And where r they from .
The singer nailed it
You’re lying. You know his singing is trash.
I';m with DaveM, he totally nailed it!
I totally agreed nailed for sure love it
definitely killed it!!! Badass!
@@luismaldonado4989 I’d like to see you do a cover of just screaming for 5+ minutes because that shit will fuck up voice. He did great imo
I was most curious as to how the vocalist would perform. He nailed it. Good job to all, I was not expecting such a good cover.
If this song was easy it would be covered by a bunch of bands on UA-cam, which it is not. This band did a great job. Outstanding !!
Ozzy brought me here, great job!!!
Excellent post guys. Really enjoyed the cover. Keep rockin.

Jesus, this is pure dynamite
Great job dude; Ozzy’s vocals are hard to replicate as it is but especially on “Sabotage”
The guitarist nailed Iommi's tone. Great job everyone.

wowwwwwwwwwwwwwwww!! great job! I love school of rock covers!! congratulations! cheers from Peru! Thanks Ozz for share this!
Well done boys ! Singer, wow that is hard to sing. It's really up there!
Sabbath needed to hire Geddy Lee to sing this live. Great job guys.
congrats! Ozzy complimented your cover!
There is hope for the future....
Nice job, lads! This is one of my favorite unsung Sabbath tracks - so dark and angry, until the acoustic guitar parts the clouds and optimism reigns for the remainder of the track.

What a lack of respect to Sabbath...
True. And for kids. Pretty cool cover.
