Actually I just figured mine out.. it has a tiny battery. I hooked a bigger 12v on it and it turned over perfect. So I think I just have to keep a new fresh battery on that or it will not work properly. Even know it tested at 12.4 volts charged it didn't put out enough amps. It's important to keep a fresh battery on it.
Great how to! Helped tons. Thanks
Thank you for making this video, very helpful! 👍🏽
Thanks for watching and the good feedback!
Which is the relay? I got my starter out it works if I hook directly to a 12 volt battery. But wont work with the starter button on bike.
I can hear the relay clicking but it won’t turn the starter, tested the starter it is working What else could be wrong ?
Check fuses
What were the symptoms before replacing it?
That's what I want to know.. click click click. Is what mine is doing sounds from the relay. But won't crank battery is good.

Right on, maybe a battery with more cold cranking amps or store it with a battery tender plugged into it.
