I'm most impressed by this staff because up until very recently UMass had to play all of their home games here because our football field was terrible. so shoutout to all the guys on the field crew for that.
Great video! Thank you, Field Crew, what an awesome job all of you do!! Thank you for keep everyone safe for practice and game day, we cannot make it without you! Go Patriots!
I’ve seen the Chargers, Browns, and Jets I believe did videos about their Equipment Managers and their responsibilities. There’s a Green Bay Packers video and their field maintenance team and preparation. There’s also a some real interesting ones of Ravens and Raiders, about their whole stadium prep before a game.
Thanks for the really informative video. Nice that you also focus on all the people behind the scenes and bring them with this video a bit to the fore. Greetings from Germany #gopats
It takes a whole lot of money and people to put an organization together and all facets being covered top notch. By this video I see we have that in our field crews as well as our teams that play in our coaches that coach. Very interesting to know how they go about their business and I think it’s at thumbs up to all the behind the scenes people to make it work every day
Narrated by my high school buddy Mathew Slater. Hall of fame special teamer!!!! (Which not many accomplish) Best of all time in my opinion!!! My grade school team did beat his in 8th grade flag football tournament tho!!! Haha How cool and what a career!! Right on Matt!!
Hey crew! Thank you for keeping us looking great! Can you guys look into changing the end zone to blue with the shoulder stripes left and right and the Pats text/logo over it? Currently the logo just floats there faded on a field of green. Kinda looks like an afterthought
cool idea, maybe its too much because of the Pats/Revs switchover. Hopefully if the Revs get their own stadium then Pats could do that more permanently.
I wonder why the Pats practice on Grass but play on turf... Anyway, these guys do a great job, and you know that because much like referees you know they're doing a good job if you never hear about them. (or in this case, the field)
yea I assumed at least one of the practice fields would be synthetic turf to mimic the Gillette stadium's actual field or any other stadium the team may play in. The indoor field house is synthetic turf though.
Now I know these guys are just grounds keepers(professional ones at that) but I wonder if they make big money because they work for two major league sports teams for a major league stadium
well technically they are employed by the Stadium not two different leagues. Think of it like 1 restaurant or contractor company providing service for 2 different clients.
I appreciate these workers without them we wouldn’t be able to enjoy sports or concerts
Great teams know it takes EVERYONE. Really cool to shine the light on these folks making practices and games/events happen on world class grounds!
Just ask Washington.
I would love a video about the responsibilities of all the in-game sideline personnel.
That's the secret sauce where all the magic happens. Shhhhhh!
I might have a video that is all about that stuff. I will check and see if I can find it for you.
This is all I could find so far: ua-cam.com/video/TDC7xOyAWzc/v-deo.html
I love how the Patriots spotlight all the people we tend to take for granted.
I love these videos. I was always interested on how they do it. Thanks for sharing!
Right! I never would of thought that much work goes into it weekly. Props to them! 👏

love the little dog!! he is essential to field crew :)
Shout out to the maintenance grounds crew ...Good job guys
Great video! Thank you, Field Crew, what an awesome job all of you do!!

Go Patriots!
New England Patriots = greatest organization in all of sports!!
As a ex lawn maintenance n irrigation system installer...I appreciate this vid lol 👊 go pats go babyyy
Does any other team make videos highlighting these roles on the team? Is it just the Pats? I love these videos.
"BELIEVE " In the "PAT's" No-One runs the show like MR Kraft!

Matthew Slater: from special teams all pro to all pro narrator. Jack of all trades.
Thanks for the really informative video.

Love these kinds of video's! The more info about the behind the scenes people the better
Great video from the top to the bottom everybody is appreciated
Awesome video, and thank you without you guys we don’t have as many rings as we do hope you guys keep it up
My favorite part is the doggy chasing the geese.
Great video! Since they play such an integral role in the whole process I’m thinking they get Super Bowl rings too. Go Pats!
Love these videos. More please
The dog is the real MVP of this ground crew.

@@AceChampElite ahhh I hadn’t thought of that snag. It’s a shame. The end zone always looks sorta not finished.
Retired soccer player as my self ive seen the countless hours they put in so are new head coach told us before every game we would help them out
Super interesting. Thanks a lot.
Dog is the best part of the video
Anyone recognize the Bud Light Keg Tap Handle on the Toro mower @ ( 0:53 secs) haha gotta love it!!
Hell ya!!! I tip my hat to those guys .
Good job 👏
I finna try to apply!
I'm thinking Bill saw that dog and wanted his own too. Anyone else think so?
Same Same.... Australian Shep....
So Massachusetts has a team in every major sports league in America. MLS, NFL, MLB, and the NHL is crazy to me
And they do a fantastic job 🍻 thank you, someone has to say it.
Does Mark Henderson still work on this crew? :)
Crazy how TimTheTatMan had time to be in the thumbnail of the video
Man they have to be getting paid well with all this work love this tho
dude the hours must be crazy though, prep fields before practice/games and then maintenance after the practice/games
They sure do as a person who works there

Which one of them is on work release?
It’s good.
So do teams with shitty fields just have poor field crews?

The issue i have with soccer players is that if they lose they are quick to blame the 'pitch '. And then flop to the ground
I thought they stopped this series because of reasons
the "reasons" you may be alluding to were basically unjustified as another smear campaign by a bunch of cry babies
timethetatman?
Nice commercial for Toro. Perfect product placement Toro....everything always has to make a buck.
Y’all hiring?
Justin Jefferson got held and they didn’t call it
First 🔥
Boo
