    Jesus.. I've been trying to learn no-spin for about a week now and I can barely do it at all still. Sometimes I'll stick a few in a row but overall my stick rate is really really low, I have not kept track but sometimes I will try like 10 times before I even get one stick, and I am at small distances, like 2 meters or less. You technique is inspiring and discouraging at the same time ;) It shows me just how good I'd like to be but how bad I actually am.

      No spin needs the right technic then it is not frustrating. Watch the one hour tutorial I made. That has normally.

      +Xolette Btw did you have success with my arrows?

    • @Xolette
      @Xolette 9 років тому

      +samoth chipmah Yes! I was able to consistently do 6 m throws (though, it took awhile to get at the point.) I practiced for several days, only at 6 m, and when I did some 5 m throws a week later with different knives, it was relatively easy compared to how I was before! The Arrows gave me a good feel for the index technique you described! I have footage to edit and hope to get to it soon. Just been busy lately. :)

    I am actually better standing on my right leg but not so much in a normal sideways stance. May have to do with the left hip being bad but I am not sure.

      Thank you. Watch my latest video. its an hour long tutorial.
      No this is my design the arrow and i let them lasercut by myself. flying steel also makes this design yes.

    • @fisterlendfiend2035
      @fisterlendfiend2035 7 років тому

      OK cool I'll look for that design and I will watch your newest video . I recently ordered the Glock 78 Austrian military knife have you ever use that ?
      From the videos I've seen on UA-cam it seems to be a very good throwing knife

    • @samothchipmah2407
      @samothchipmah2407  7 років тому

      no when I am honest for these technics it's not good. you have to buy custom made if you really want a good one. There are no factor knives. where are you from?

    • @fisterlendfiend2035
      @fisterlendfiend2035 7 років тому

      samoth chipmah I have bought a knife from flying steel I like using it; it's a good knife but otherwise I like to make my own throwing knives, i've been using circular saw blades to make my knives from the only problem with the circular saw blades is that the metal seems to be a little light in weight. I recently purchased a cold steel throwing knife I'm not too impressed by it.

    • @samothchipmah2407
      @samothchipmah2407  7 років тому

      Which one is it? I only like 6mm thickness 5mm is barely ok less than 5 you can forget. And no spin is very hard to learn so don't expect that there is a knife which make it easy.
