Hi- I thought the problem with the disposable bags were that the plastic melts under the very hot temperature of the isomalt- Wouldn't a silicone bag be indicated?

I've used disposable plastic bags (NOT Wilton brand) many times and never had it melt. I guess it would depend on the brand and quality of the bag.
