Hey Smii7y, space stations and most vehicles in orbit around our planet don't have gravity, it's more falling permanently so you get 0G on them.
The ISS isn't in a stable orbit, every so often they have to nudge it back up a bit and when you are inside if not holding onto something it will move around you.
When John opened up the hatch it wasn't gravity, you basically made the thunder gun from black ops.
All the air in the station rushed out the open hole.
That's what that force was.
I genuinely love this series as Smii7y and John are little space gremlins who always manage to get onto mischief.
