Drum is really great. Easy to get great sounds, and fun to play. Also extremely flexible for a "drum machine", and very deep synthesis is easily possible. It can create sounds, and sequences far outside the realm of percussion.
volca sample is so underrated for its sound alone and I want an electribe 3
Behringer will gradually take over the micro format synth market, I think. they offer an interesting digital plus analog mix micro synths with good sound and lower price. Korg must work harder to catch up with this wave
I would like to see a Volca Juno :)
The Drum is really a great drumsynth, I would see a volca granular, or noisebox/drone hybrid
Korg Volca M1 would be cool
That Akai MPC key 37 🎹 rumor tho….
Volca effect unit with nutube analog filter, stereo delay, and reverb with sliders for filter cutoff and delay feedback.
Korg ESX-1 mkii with nutube and Monologue filters, patchbay, inserts and mixer for external machines, and sq-64 sequencer layout.
Also it might have been interesting to have the Kingkorg Neo with four oscillators sort of like an updated MonoPoly.
A volca fx, would be perfect for people that mainly use volcas
I have the KORG Volca FM 2 and the KORG Volca Bass
same here :)
tmi
Then you are sorted ;) > the keys is nice too!
@@prinzbach I was looking at that too. I might get it later down the road.
no! keys is cool and all but roland S-1 is infinitely more fun and sounds way better and has an amazing sequencer that made me fall in love with synths and production again. don't let the "analog" label fool you. analog doesn't necessarily mean better. @@RomeAround @prinzbach
Would love the following Boutiques:
SH-5/7
Roland Promars/Jupiter 4
Roland Jupiter 6
Roland Alpha Juno
Roland 505/626
Roland 707/727
Roland JVx080
I need a Roland System 700 modular boutique!!!
Volca Triton 🔱 - 100 Classic Korg Triton Presets …. Would be the GOAT 🐐 - no cap 🧢
I would buy any of the Korg gadgets from the iOS app as a separate hardware device too
My TR-RACK is still in my setup, sounds great mixed with the volcas
@@joeyrossiter3763I love the classic triton presets - they could just drop the Wav files from the Darwin gadget for the triton in a small hardware device… needs that signature chorus and hall reverb for sure
A Volca Wavetable, Granular or analog fx unit - it would be fckng great to run the Modular and the Drums through a nutube resonant filter - would be interesting, although I think the NTS line is their "new Volca".
Maybe a Volca Dual Filter based on the MS20 high pass/low pass combo.
i started with volca keys, volca bass, and novation mininova.....wish I had those times back
Roland did a remake of the 606 with the TR-06, it's ACB tech, but it has 5 sync outs and multiple parameters for tweaking sounds, paired with it's old friend the TB-03 which can also be manipulated further by the TR-06, it gives you all the firepower you need for some funky tunage..
Would want some volca eurorack modules.
If only.... Like a kaoss pad style module with clock in... One can dream.
All I want in 2024 is a korg electribe 3 and an mpc live mini 🙏
Volca Drum is my favorite Volca.
very good stuff
The Volca module I dream about is an effects processing Volca to mangle/polish the audio from 2 other Volca modules or sources. maybe with sequenced delays, synchronised modulation and side chain ducking as a few ideas. All motion sequenced like a Volcas does. Plz plz plz Korg do it
Where is my Volca PPG!
I would like Korg to bring to life Korg Gadgets as Volcas, besides the FM, nothing else excited me.
Huhu I would love a volca-oberheim with the mini stripes and the strange pots 😅 your videos are so cool by the way ! Full support from Paris 🙃
I think it would be fun to have a Korg M1/T3 in Volca format, with all the expansion cards like the iOS app. I’d also like Yamaha to release the Reface CP in a larger form factor with a decent keyboard.
A Volca Grandular, Volca M1, Volca Poly6, Volca mono/poly, Volca Dr Rex or Volca ChipTune.
I'd like to see a Korg Volca M1 and a Roland MC101 Mk2 (with the ability to sample directly)
Sorry to break it... Those are very old fake images... A wavetable one would be great tho. I would not hold my breath for a new Volca for NAMM. I wish I am wrong... The FM2 is amazing, best bang for the buck!
Volcas are cool, but I don’t use them anymore since I got a Mother 32 and a Dfam, then all hell broke loose with me buying expensive and vintage stuff. I would say that the volca sample, kick, and FM are welcome in a session, but really non of the others (and I have all except for bass, modular, and that tube thingy).
Volca Modular East Coast
Yes, then I might be able to tell the difference lol
The nubass looks fire
it is
I always read its name as "nub ass"
I want to see DDD5 in Volca form.
I want a Korg with a VU meter😂
What about a volca xl
As a XXL guy , yessss. To me microfreak is more of my size.
you mean microKorg? i think regular volcas are better
Do a meet and greet at namm
Reface EX5!
Frankly, I'm all for more Volcas and Boutiques. But frankly I don't even know how well they sell. Any info out there?
I would gladly invest more into them if I was sure they will stick with them.
For example Moog makes great, unfortunately expensive, synths but I'll wait to purchase from them until I see where the new owner takes them.
why wait for the others to make the cool new sounds before you? moogs are way overrated. i can make way cooler sounding stuff with volcas than anything i've heard people do with moogs. the price tag and number of units sold has nothing to do with the sound of the end product. it's all about your mindset. these little boxes hold alot of secrets if you are willing to use your head and think outside the box (there's no tutorial for that so you might be out of luck). boutiques are the best tho.
Wavetable volca the closest to that happening is put your name down for the next release of Behringer pro Vs mini
Roland D-50 boutique
Korg have so many new releases already. They're not going to deliver much or any of them for a while. Once upon a time manufacturers would fill a warehouse with items and then announce and start selling them and no one had problems with availability.
My 3 new Yamaha Reface wants
Proper real analog Reface synth
Reface Sampler
Reface VL (Yamaha VL1 remake)
I want Roland to remake the JP-8000. We know they are allergic to analog now, and hey....it isn't analog, so why don't they make it?
not bad and cheap: Behringer
behringer is bad tho.
Dont exspect anything from Roland in the coming months! They are way too busy trying to figure out how on earth Korg managed to put out three desktop modules designed for humans instead of ants, and, as if that was not enough, with a generous polyphony on top of that!! 😂
