Looked at getting one of these, they have monster torque! Only reason I wanted it for was for hub nuts, that's the highest torque you normally get on a car. The rest can be done with hand tools
That’s interesting because I have one of these and it couldn’t remove the hub nuts off the rear of a Peugeot Partner. Admittedly they are torqued to 300 ish newton metres but all the same, the box claims 450nm of torque and I’m wondering if that’s just a tightening torque and not a nut busting torque. Plus to be fair, those nuts had probably rusted on after 150,000 miles of driving so maybe it’s an unfair expectation. I’m still really happy with it though apart from the black plastic bit on the front has gone amiss somewhere in action. For the price though this is a good quality tool and one I’m very happy with.
I know it's an old video but do you still have and use this? I'm thinking about getting the same one. Not seen many of your videos that you use it in. Just wondered if it still going strong
wow so impressed it took off the nut without struggling,do you think it will undo the crank bolt torqued at 134ft/lb?im struggling to change my timing belt on my civic as the crank bolt is tight as hell
it's funny you should say that I've got a transit Luton the rear wheel nuts not been taken off since 2009 I have a corded 800nm wrench, it wouldn't touch them lol
*Good **MyBest.Tools** value compaired❣🤪😀🤪😊 to other brands*
I got one of these when my battery powered impact wrenches don't work on a bolt I pull out this monster...

Thanks for the review, just ordered one to get a stubborn hub nut off! Hope it works like it did in your video!

cangooify If you have enough room to get the gun onto the bolt i would say this is more than capable of doing that!
James'sWorld Just bought this from machinemart, very pleased with it however still not tried the crankbolt, but take the wheelnuts off easily
Awesome! im glad you decided to invest, let me know or better yet film taking the crank bolt off, i am intrigued to know if it will handle it!
did you ever try this on the crank bolt, interested if it got it off.
this removed the crank bolt from 1995 fiesta zetec engine.
Using 12 point socket on a 6 point hex nut big nono I learned it the hard way with manual tools
6 years on, how’s it flaring ?
I've got one of these, it's a beast. But you do have to watch out for overheating it
How do you tighten with correct torque with this? Don’t wanna over tighten and break something. Thanks.
You can't. Get a torque wrench
Wheel bearing nut not as tight as you might think try an old transit wheel nut that's not been off for a long time
it's funny you should say that I've got a transit Luton the rear wheel nuts not been taken off since 2009
I have a corded 800nm wrench, it wouldn't touch them lol
very good video; good explaining and proper test on the 30 mm nut. thanks
dibraniuk Thankyou! appreciate the feedback
hi what you cost? 67dolar? im in europe evay 96dolar 82euro
I have been looking at buying one of these, now I'm off to ebay thanks for the vid.
WOW to see that gun do that I'm bloody happy I purchased one today happy days ahead :-)
That's not a hub nut but a bearing nut these are deliberately not tight to stop the bearing seizing .
wow very impressed it got that nut off. I can see this going in my tool box
They are the brush's for it
@TheWertyu2007 😂
Bearing hub bolt not that tight. Better off testing on wheel nuts
You are right
Actually the hub nut should always be tighter than the wheel bolts on almost every car.
that will not have been anywhere near 250nm
it took it off too easy to be tight, the real test is on a rusty one lol
