Children enter foster care when a court determines parents are unable to ensure a child's safety and meet their needs. When this happens, KVC Kansas steps in to ensure the child's safety and wellbeing. KVC's Kinship department works tirelessly to locate and contact family or community members so youth are able to maintain vital connections.
