This is one of your best videos ever! It showcases camping, adventure, a very popular event, as well as showcases your beautiful hometown! Very well done! Keep them coming 👍
Glad you had a good time! As a woman in her late 70s, I don't do it anymore, but I used to stealth camp in my Jeep at Spring Training in Arizona. Hotels are booked up well in advance, with the few remaining rooms being outrageous. So, I'd stealth camp in the garage of a Hyatt hotel for $13 per night.
Nice!! And I think thats suppose to be the big goal of stealth camping is saving money by doing so! Obviously I failed this this first go around haha Thanks for watching!
lol wow I missed out because my Alaska public school lunches were trash haha But agreed, the food was nothing to write home about other than the Chicken Sandwich and the Empanada lol Thanks for watchin Jay!
Well that was different than your usual dispersed camping stuff.🤔 But quite informative info...the ticket price you paid was alright, and all the food that was available was good right? However, the price for parking was a bit pricey! But it is Vegas after all and we all know how the prices for parking are! 😩 But you looked like you had a good time and enjoyed yourself. Now you know for the next time if you decide to try it once again? Thanks for sharing your experience there, something different than your usual. Have a great week and see you in your next adventure Kaden! 👍😉😊☃️🎄🦌
Hi Kaden. Though I always tune into your UA-cam channel to follow all of your camping adventures, I was quite delighted watching your dedicated video on your Las Vegas F1 trip since I am a big Formula One fan. I've attended every Long Beach Grand Prix race during its early years when it was Formula One from 1976 to 1983. I've also been to many of the races since when it transitioned onto a Indy car event. I attended the first Las Vegas F1 race which was, to say the least, a crazy and immensely congested affair, so I skipped the 2nd year thinking the City wouldn't renew the event but now it appears it will be an annual race. So I will plan on attending the 2025 event. Keep up the good UA-cam work 👍. ~Bob aka "Mo"
Thats awesome to hear! Glad you enjoyed this one! I think this time around they were much more prepared for the event and I think F1 has a contract signed for a 10 year event deal (where they can choose to utilize the event space each year so its not a guaranteed spot for Vegas but F1 can choose themselves whether to come back each year). I did see email alerts about the 2025 event so I believe they are coming back, thanks for watching Mo! Appreciate it!
I stealth camped around where I work a few times this month. Planning ahead like you did is where it’s at. The only thing one needs to do is crawl in and get ready for bed. I got better at it in the cold seeing my diesel heater had an electrical ‘overheating’ or ‘fire’. Living in my GFC this winter was a failure but I still roughed it out using cold weather sleeping systems and a few hacks to stay warm.
For sure! I didnt want to show up and not have anywhere to go for this lol And Oh man I've heard about that diesel heater error, what kind of diesel heater was it? I'm hoping mine doesnt end up throwing those one day
@@Kadenventures it was an all in one. The fuel tank is located on top of the unit. With expansion and contraction of the fuel tank it sprung a leak with fuel getting into the heater. I’m going to install a wood stove. If I do a heater again I’ll separate the fuel tank and mount it on the outside next to my spare on the swing out.
I did BUT I think to be able to camp in their RV parking area you have to be "self containing" so my truck wouldnt be allowed to camp there for the night
Wow you're brave! Did you sleep with one eye open? Was it noisy? We've tried sleeping in the travel trailer and driveway but it was too loud 😮 I was lucky enough to attend F1 last year for free, great seats & great time with a friend but once was enough for me 😅
lol! I thought I would be sleeping with one eye open but I was so damn tired at the end of the night I passed out at 1am and woke up bright and early the next day (so no issue sleeping) and it was actually surprisingly really quiet! I think I got lucky with this parking area I ended up at lol Thanks for watching!!
Kaden I noticed that your seating was across from Ellis Island. Is there an overpass to cross over or you can not cross over? I know where Ellis Island is at my wife and I go eat their ribs at 4:00 pm when the bbq place opens. The $99 you paid is it for one night or for the entire time of the race happening? My wife and I are thinking of going next November. Thanking you in advance for the information.
Hey Andrew! Yes there was a pedestrian bridge that takes you over the street to get to the other side near Ellis. The 99 was only for one night, I think the weekend tickets were closer to 300ish?
As a local, my thought is that F1 can Eff off. Elitist bullshit that only benefits a few and a major disruption to the people that have to work down there. Thankfully I am not one of them. Good video idea though.
Yeah thats understandable, the seating area I was in was right across the street from Elis Island and as I was sitting there looking over at their business, you could tell their foot traffic/business was heavily disrupted, no car traffic was able to go through, no one walking past which definitely sucks from a business perspective. Thanks for the feedback though, appreciate you watching! Cheers!

For that price you could've found a cheap nice motel off the strip 😊 F1 is awesome I went to one in the late eighties when i was a kid👍
lol True that! I was pleasantly surprised with F1, I'm glad I decided to go this year! Thanks for watching Dane!

Stealth camping is scary, thrilling, exciting, etc... but can't quit. :)
So true! lol all those things but it was still really fun :) Thanks for watching!!
@@Kadenventures Next time, please try to stealth camp on the street. You can first try a street you are familiar with in your neighborhood. :)
Impressive amount of food you can put down😂
It was all for the video! lol but I didnt finish eating everything, if I didnt like it I ended up throwing it out. Thanks for watching!
Did u consider Circus Circus RV park?
