Hey girl. I love your blogs. You may want to consider taking a good probiotic before bedtime. Studies shows that’s the best time. Wholefoods has some good ones in the refrigerated section. Also, try switching out the pecans to chia and flax because they are highest in omega and good for preventing inflammation (about 1Tbsp combined or individually in your smoothie ) Its best to grind them yourself. Use a coffee grinder and do enough for a week or two and keep in the refrigerator for convenience. Walnuts are also high in omega 3. Pecans on the other hand are high in omega 6 and contribute to inflammation, so are not optimal. Also, the Ripple has oil in it(also high in Omega 6) Also keep in mind that omega 6 fatty acids compete with omega 3 and essentially cancels them out so it’s best to get them in early , so your breakfast smoothie is the perfect time. Finally. spotted, ripe bananas are easier to digest than unripe bananas. It’s good you gave up the Quaker oats and got organic because they are gmo and contain glyphosates which is not good. Hopefully, my unsolicited advice helps! 😁

I love the wig that you had on and your makeup I see you suffer from allergies like I do this might help you take all your linen off your bed vacuum off your mattress put some water bleach and a little Pine-Sol and wipe down your mattress with that also wash your pillows that can help you when it comes to the dust mites and other allergens you might be allergic to I haven't tried this but they have this UV light lamp and it's supposed to kill any type of allergens that you have and make your are nice and fresh and also I don't know if you take XYZAL it helps me out Amazon has that light for 95 I'm going to go ahead and try it I hope this can help you TAKE CARE GOD BLESS 😊😊❤
