- South Park's Platinum Trophy is Surprisngly AMAZING! In this video I go for the platinum trophy for South Park The Stick Of Truth! I played the PS3 version but the game is also available on PS4/PS5 and its included with PS+ Premium which is awesome! This platinum trophy was also done in a singular playthrough which is hard for this game because there are a RIDICULOUS amount of missable trophies and collectables. I put ALOT of work into this video so i hope you guys enjoy it.

I literally just realized that in this game, Cartman is the "Grand Wizard" of Kingdom Kupa Keep. It is so obvious, and I just never noticed it.

especially since the playable character had to pledge to never use it on other's balls, foreshadowing the mandatory Oath Break in the very end of the main game. Matt & Trey REALLY nailed the feeling of an exclusive South Park show through this game, which was an actual commentary from them after the PS1/N64 games were created, they were like:"Let's wait for tech to catch up for our vision."
Was trying to get this platinum about 4 years ago. I didn't use any guides and so I kept missing some of the missable armor sets and having to restart. finally after restarting 4 times, I looked at a guide and then a weird glitch occured that prevented one of the armor pieces from spawning. This game has sat at a comfortable 98% completion ever since then lol. this video gave me some courage tho so I might revisit it and finally get the platinum
I know exactly what glitch you’re talking about it actually happened to me TWICE. Once in the underpants gnome section and another in the abortion clinic I got lucky and was able to reload a previous save to “save” my run.

I have 100% beaten this game no less than 4 times. Multiple playthroughs on 360 and Xbox One. I love this game so much

I miss hearing that sound on the PS3 when u get a trophy how time flies
If I remember correctly, I encountered a bug with the friends trophy. When you are in the sewer, you can complete a mission where you rescue Mr. Hanky's kids. One of the kids is being harrased by homeless guys that you battle and defeat, which then sends the kid home. In my first playthrough, the kid wouldn't leave the spot where he was standing and he continued to act like the homeless guys were still messing with him, even though they weren't there.

Ah rip! Make sure to make manual saves before every area full of missable collectibles there’s a rare glitch where equipment won’t spawn.
Not gonna lie, i bought this game on PC, and later i bought Superhero part.
Superhero part/sequel was great, whole combat mechanics was really neat.
But when i wanted to come back to stick of truth, then i could not play it normally on keyboard and mouse, idk why, it felt extremly weird.
So i waited few years, bought myself xbox pad and starting playing it again, its great.
Would love to see more trophy hunting content like this, great stuff👍

I kinda think this might be the one of the best games ever. Super creative, hilarious, and surprisingly fun. It’s got issues but I absolutely love this game.

One of my favorite game, I finished the story 3 times on the xbox 360 (almost 4, lost my save while in canada) but never got the platinum, always missed something. Your video actually made me buy the game on ps4 to replay it (big promo, 15$ on ps store) and try to platinum it in 1 playtrought. Im confident because i think I got all the missable trophies, great video

Not Jewish I didn’t choose that and never got that trophy. Just such a meta thing to do also increase relatability etc etc. this is why South Park is so successful
i love this game so fucking much! ive finished it at least 5 times and feel like i explored it for literal days. theres so much to do in this world and it feels so authentic to the show. im pretty sure i got all the achievements on steam since i played the pc version. you seem to have played it on the ps3, is this platinum trophy exclusive to that version or is it the same as all achievements on steam? (btw that chinpokemon in the secret service room where you get the voice recording is so fucking tricky and easy to miss god dammit)
one more thing, what difficulty did you play on and how did it effect the playtrough?
I know the trophies on the ps3 version match them on the ps4 version but I’m not sure about steam from my experience steam version of games sometimes have more achievements. Also I played on the Normal difficulty and never touched the other difficulties 😂
I can confirm steam has the same achievements. My most recent upload is actually an All Achievements speedrun of this game where I get the same 50 mentioned here
this game was so awesome when it came out, not only did i get the plats for both ps3 and 4 but i 100% it on switch and got the plat for at least 3 friends, its a game that is well played through several times

I’ve played this game so many times to where when I replayed it on Steam (I had already done many play through and one 100% play through on XBOX 360) I actually 100% completed it without missing anything which I didn’t expect, I was fully expecting to start another play through.

i know this probably won’t be seen but i played through 9 almost 10 hours and somehow missed the joining the kkk achievement when i made a new game to get it i lost over 2 hours of progress on my main save. i’m using your video to keep me sane at this point.

Advice if you want to destroy your enemies in this game, buy the first bleed patch/strap an get the mongolian bow and use a lot the triple shot and in a few turns the enemy will die (the upgrade of it would be the bleeding 2 patch/strap and the elven bow that has fire [i don't remember the name but i think it was battle bow] that is the same but higger level) or add the fire (any level of patch/strap is good enough) and bleeding 3 to 5 patches/straps for similar effect and high base damage to armored enemies
