  • "If you don’t know where you’re going, you’ll end up someplace else.” This statement by Yogi Berra pushes us to think about the future. But how do we know where to go if the future is unknown and volatile? How can some people navigate chaos and uncertainty with ease, while others struggle? In this engaging, insightful and humorous talk, author and strategist Lars Sudmann explores how great leaders can navigate the unknown. Elements like the Owl Eyes strategy, the Fire Principle and three powerful questions that reflect on the lessons learned of one of the major events of our lifetime show the “secret to success” for uncertain times. Lars Sudmann speaks, writes and consults on leadership, change and innovation. His work focuses on the practical tools leaders and entrepreneurs need to navigate today’s uncertain world. The author of two books draws on his experience as a former corporate executive and his roles as a startup advisor, university lecturer and strategy council director. This talk was given at a TEDx event using the TED conference format but independently organized by a local community. Learn more at www.ted.com/tedx
