I've been creating an open hearted life for a while now. This last year I had a lot of people take advantage of me and I gave up. A few months later I ended up in the emergency room suffering from physical heart failure. This heart failure has been the greatest medicine journey I have had in this life and decided this life IS worth living. I undergo heart surgery in mid November and look forward to continuing this life Journey.

This is why i allways make sure, my Heart and my Chakra s are propperly dedicated to Jesus Christus, before opening up and doing spiritual Things. (Otherwise, Deamons can enter und eat your Health und Strenght. Or even posses you.) There is no one more powerfull in protecting us from bad results.

This is what I felt on a heroic dose of plant medicine. The waves of emotion from the heart center. Collapsing... Waves... Becoming matter. Becoming frequency... Feeling time... Cords... Water and air... Chaos and order...
This is probably one of the areas where I'm probably lacking. I grew up cold and analytical in a dysfunctional environment with lots of negative experiences with the people around me, causing me to block everything off, eventually disconnecting me with my intuition, which used to be strong and work in unity with my intellect.

Nothing can stop a human being from intentionally evolving any area physically or metaphysically. This is a great comfort! If anything you'll have the advantage of noticing the contrast as you awaken.
i think this is why pursuing ur passion is important. u operate with ur heart and what ull touch turns into gold
passion can is and often of the ego... IMO exceptions are passions of service and love to spirit/God. By being of service to others in need, animals in suffering, helping our planet in some form from your heart. Perhaps a passion for art that inspires others in some way. It can be a passion that also indirectly but powerfully effects others in a positive way... These are the types of passion to follow ;)

This is so good. If anyone is curious how to transmute all to gold, from what I gathered anyway is you have to choose to turn your attention to love. This isn't always easy and I'm still working on it. For example my mom has really bad habits and I find myself resenting her sometimes but I often have to stop myself and say "I love her no matter what, none of that really matters". Because I realize that me wanting to change her habits is a means of control. And to make progress you have to release control.
Thank you so much for your comment! I have been having the same issue with several members of my family. Giving up the control and accepting them for who they are whilst using discernment with setting boundaries, communicating with them ,or letting certain things go all together. I have been very aware lately of my reactions and actions to certain things where I would normally be really judgemental and not give it a second thought!
@Remy I love that reply. I've been working on letting go so much lately. It's the first step of recovery programs for a reason. There is a huge freedom in turning over control. Just try to put love first. And more then anything love yourself. All blessing sent your way!

I really liked the elements of autobiography inherent in the “Where Do I Get My Info” one, and I sensed that if I either was good at online research (or online ANYTHING!) or lived on the West Coast, I would be seriously at risk of becoming a TOTAL “Sarah” groupie, owning not only the slipcased box set of the original first 3 seasons of “The Guidance,” as well as all the 3-D bootlegs of same, and the “first edition” holographic posters (in all 3 states!), and even owning the “Mandela/Mandala” scarf she famously wore at the second Hollywood Bowl event (later to be autographed when myself and my band, “The Gnostic Gospelaires,” played “If I Could Touch But the Hem of Her Garment” at her birthday gathering!
Fortunately for all involved I’m not and I don’t! But I HAVE been having some good fortune in “sharing” Sarah with family and friends (“Little darling, the smiles returning to their faces…”), so that is quite satisfying!

For me, The Alchemist videos have a nice balance between heart energy and understanding of the world and it’s different energies. It helps me feel connected to the hidden aspects of reality while getting better understanding of why it matters look.
The hemoglobin molecule carries iron.
The iron creates strong magnetic fields.
The heart pumping the blood creates the tourus field.
Focusing on the heart connects you to this torus field.

Opening my heart has been the focus of my shadow work through this eclipse season. It's been made clear to me that this is the most important work that I need to do right now. This video helped me understand why that is and why my guides were directing me to focus on this right now. I've been getting the message that we have a very short time for opening our hearts and living from our hearts before some major changes occur.

I think that opening our heart is done by the Divine when we have done our work. I believe this is true for me anyway. I have been told that I took shortcuts in prior lifetimes. The buck stops here
@@446wasmynumber for me it involves allowing myself to live in my heart instead of my head. I try to be conscious of the moment rather than what I think about the moment. I try to feel the moment instead of thinking about it. This may be listening to the divine or not, but I try not to concern myself thinking about that and instead just experience the moment. This is what has been working best for me.

A year ago I was all in the mind so I decided (hmm maybe higher self forced me) to switch to the heart center as my primary point of awareness for every day, all day long. The transformation has been amazing, slowly I am returning to my child self and am able to see reality as a form of collective dream where I can project experience and even warp space a bit. Gravity feels lighter too.
How specifically did you make this switch ??
@@fionadownes4732 is your question about why I did it, or how I did it ? If it’s how I did it, I just focus all day as much and as long as possible on my heart, asking it to guide me and protect me and connect me to my source energy. And pretty fast it changed things and I did not rely so much on brain based thinking anymore and things started aligning and I started getting information and questions which I then would process mentally and be very mentally agitated for a while then back to no brain thinking but heart thinking (or heart-brain collaborative thinking). It will literally change the way you perceive the world (unless you are already a lot in the heart) and teach you things about this collaborative dream reality that life is. Some things may seem very odd too as it will present you all the dark and the light. Also you can also try building a merkaba around you. But I don’t really recommended making it spin or move as there is a real risk of moving out of the heart rather than in the heart when using the merkaba without being strongly heart anchored first. I have stopped using the merkaba for this reason for now until my heart is fully developed.

In layman's language, our understanding is that esoterically the "Heart" instructs us on what needs to be done and, the "Head" tells us how to go about doing it. Both work together in harmony. We do realize that the process is much more complex than that.🙏👍😀💖

Great information. I almost busted out laughing when you talked about Mars. Hopefully others will see the "humorous" connection for the search of the other who will complete them. I once was on the quest to find the divine masculine with a pure heart. I became the lady (or Angel) at the Priest(body of water where I live). For a year half of the time, I was there waiting, turning down any who approached. My eyes were opened to realities I never knew existed. In the end, it was my heart which was purified. This resonates with some of my realizations recently.
Trying to change my behavior with logic and failing,
until I realized the behavior was coming from beliefs that I had formed and held onto in my heart.
Then also realizing my entire perception of reality was skewed from these beliefs.
Meaning that situations that had occurred and didn't align with my beliefs were ignored, and those that aligned with my belief just strengthened the belief.
Yes! "The single MOST IMPORTANT organ in the body".

Thank you for sharing this, you explain all so understandably and connected, how you say about the heart center being the 360 representation of our reality and the 3ed eye being the dial, this makes so much sence how one can view life so much in one can have such an interpret as Fiona of life and another such a ln extremely opposite one.
Too how you say that where focus goes energy flows and that is what grows, it is our care that creates that around us, this makes so much sence, like lot and that of Karma.
So reliable too on how you say we then respond due to having over-activated minds to heart centres and the difference of all we focus on in life and how much more we take in from living with an open heart center

I've lived this life focus from words I heard when young: love is the key, the answer, wherever it took me. I am 83 and it took me the majority of my life to learn to love myself which I knew was essential as well as trust myself. I've had several experiences involving my heart lately. One was what I perceived to be an elevated form of love in which I saw the infinite nature of all those I contemplated. Just lately I was sitting quietly outdoors when I felt my entire body had gotten warm and felt it was glowing, radiating love from my entire body, hands, feet, head, everywhere. It happened again when I wakened the next morning and when I was sitting quietly in a doctor's reception area, loving and feeling at one with those around me. I would appreciate any comments you might make, Sarah, regarding what these experiences might indicate regarding progress toward developing a light body. Thank you for the clarity of your teaching and it's availability.
