    Tai Chi (Taiji) & Health Qi Gong
    Tai Chi is a major style of Chinese Martial Arts and includes the understanding of Chinese philosophy and medicine through the stimulation and regulation of the body, mind and breath. The exercises can relieve fatigue, promote relaxation, improve the body's immunity and enhance bodily function. Practiced long term, these exercises can reduce the percentage of body fat, and lower cholesterol, blood pressure and regulate heart rate. Qi Gong or energy management works fundamentally in the awareness of our life force 'Qi', and the understanding of the interaction between the universal and human laws will enable us to develop and maintain good health.
