Flysimware Cessna 414AW Chancellor update 4.6.0 with installer for MSFS2024.
Some issues with instrumentation and lighting notably the GNS530 but this could be a sim related issue

If you mean when he walks around at the start, it's part of the game you can get out pressing shift+c
If you mean how he looks around inside the cockpit he is probably using trackir
