I've been struggling with Anxiety and (I think) mild depression for best part of two years now and I wish there were more songs like this, as it really does help. On the bright side, my anxiety and depression has gotten a lot better recently (minus the situation with Covid at the moment, that's deff not helping) - but for anyone struggling, know that it can and will get better for you.
