- Not that optimized especially since I didn't do the stab launch on t3_hevil that saves around 20 seconds. I also lost another 20 seconds on vjun1, so sub 22 is doable, but the tier 1 was very good.

I've never seen that t1_rail trick before. That's wild.
What's even more wild is that it skips the bomb death mechanic that dark force rage cannot survive

They didn’t train for years, they either got powered by the scepter, or they are remnants from Dessan’s cult who got powered up by the valley of the Jedi
This is amazing... under 23:00 despite some little chokes here and there... These speedruns are getting out of hand !

I'm not sure what you're talking about. Do you mean the second Jaden? In this level we enter the cutscene at a certain point with the vid_restart command to skip walking back a little, so the person there is Jaden acting out the cutscene.

how many hours do you have in this game? Must be quite a grind to find all of those skips.
I only found a couple of these skips actually. And yeah it takes at least 1000 hours to get competitive at this game currently. I have 1450 atm

Забавный момент, но красный световой меч в начале - это уже чит. Или модификация. Я понимаю что это не влияет на скорость пробега, но всё же формально нельзя использовать даже такое, как мне кажется

Btw i thought there is a death trigger on the tram if you dont defuse the bomb. Or were you just out of reach of the trigger?
Yeah there is a death trigger, but you can jump over it with a really precise strafe jump.
I see. I asked because CovertMuffin mentioned it. But the detonator skyward launch with strafing is very interesting trick to fool the trigger lol
Oh yeah the launch I do in this run skips the trigger and gives much more speed than normal strafing would.

yes it is but not by much. It's still easier to go dark side for me. Also on kor2, Tavion 2 in lightside spawns farther away than Kyle in dark side.

16:57 how is it possible? everytime i played this game you cant kill rosh untill you kill those 2 additional guys. game wont let him drop below 1hp, he kneels down and becomes invulnerable so they can heal him
It’s a trick using a system command called “vid_restart” where you can interact with the level and enemies during a cutscene. Since its a cutscene the two additional sith guys and Rosh won’t retaliate or do anything

thankfully it only goes so high so i am able to launch over it

My Max FPS goes back to 60 every time I die or transition levels. Figured A speed runner could help me?
hmm i haven't heard of that problem before. try disabling v-sync, using the command "com_maxfps 125", or "seta com_maxfps 125". one of those will do it
How did you kill lightsaber enemies with only one hit?
For most enemies you can just use red style and a forward attack to kill them, and then others only take one blue swing with force speed.

No. She's just very easy to kill on Padawan difficulty

İts a glitch in the game.. look up jedi academy spin glitch
it's combined strafe jumping and bunny hopping (spin glitch) it's basically the same as what happens in half life games and quake

I actually just barely miss hitting the stairs.
Did you use cheats for upgraded force points early?
What is it you’re referring to specifically? I don’t use any cheats or console commands, and I don’t have any force powers you couldn’t have doing a normal pay through at any point in the run.
How do you skip the cutscenes?
Just press the use button.

hmm you mean the grenade launch? i'm pretty sure it doesn't work in multiplayer but it would be easy to test
