If he would've just trimmed a lot of those forgettable album tracks from 2 of 2 and added them to Part 1, that single album would've been a classic. Part 1 is already a classic to me, but adding Cabaret, Not A Bad Thing, You Got It On, Amnesia, Take Back The Night and TKO to it???? CRAZY!!!!! Oh and Drink You Away.
Man Of The Woods wasn’t a terrible album but I do agree with it being at the bottom of his catalog. I understood the direction he was trying to go in with going back to his roots but it just didn’t connect. Timbaland should’ve produced WAAYYY more than he did on that one.
I’m not sure I would call debuting at number two behind Eminem with half a million sold a disappointment considering 2002 was the second year the music industry was dealing with illegal downloading and the changing sound of the industry. Like I love you peak at number 11 but his next three singles (cry me a river, rock your body, where’s the love) all blew up and peak at number three. He wasn’t even credited with where’s the love and that song blew up.
Eh I disagree with this one. 1 and 5 is correct but the middle is in the wrong order. It should be: 1. FutureSex/LoveSounds 2. The 20/20 Experience Part 1 3. The 20/20 Experience Part 2 4. Justified 5. Man Of The Woods
This is exactly how I would rank Justin Timberlake’s albums. 20/20 and Justified were top notch albums because it had a lot of bangers. Justified has to be his best album yet, so he worked with The Neptunes and Timbaland on a lot of songs. 20/20 is the biggest album to date and it was everyone’s favorite album. Man of The Woods was an Ok album, but it wasn’t horrible or anything. I did only like a select few songs from that album. He went from being a frontman of N’Sync to being the biggest solo artist of his generation. The production from The Neptunes(Pharrell and Chad) are crazy, so they had bangers like Rock Your Body, Senorita, Girlfriend Remix, I Wanna Love You, Wave, Supplies, Montana and many others are dope.
He tried to create a new sound with MOTW that just didn't work. I just hate the narrative that he abandoned R&B With this album. Folks that say that clearly haven't listened to it nor have they checked the production credits.
@@BoogiesinceI have listened to the whole album myself. He wanted a new sound, but sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn’t. As far as the album itself, mostly of the production is done by The Neptunes, Timbaland, Danja, Jerome “J-Rock” Harmon, Eric Hudson, Elliott Ives, Rob Knox and Larrance Dopson. He was the executive producer of the album himself. The Neptunes(Pharrell Williams and Chad Hugo) done a lot of songs on the album. Raphael Saadiq did an electric guitar solo for the song “Wave”. Y’all didn’t know that. It was the first album between him and The Neptunes since his debut solo album Justified, which was recorded in Virginia Beach. That’s an interesting fact. Justified is still my favorite album from him. Man of the Woods wasn’t my favorite album, but at least I can dance to a lot of those songs. At least it’s better than a lot of these so-called singers whole career.
1.justified 2. The 20/20 experience part one 3. Future sex love sounds 4. The 20/20 experience part two 5. Man of the woods 6. Everything I thought i was
I agree with the ranking. I'm not a big fan of 20/20, but it has enough hits between the two to certainly beat MOTW and there's no question LoveSounds is his best album, even with the release of EITIW. JT may consider EITIW his best album but in this ranking, I'd place it above or below Justified. It's debatable.
Best Justin timberlake album that i truly love is justified, the 20/20 experience part one was better than part two own,and future sex love songs Although he's one of the best r&b soul artist in order have his solo album after breaking away from 90's boy band n'sync That dress on featuring timberland bonus track from the 20/20 experience is only song became as a hit
1. Bobby Caldwell 2. Jon B. 3. Robin Thicke 4. Justin Timberlake Four White Guys Who Do R&B That I Rock With Another Solid List Keep Up The Great Work Salute Queen 👑 QB😘😘😘
I was honestly surprised did come of 20/20 was not two, but the explanation makes sense… Futuresex/Lovesongs go hard… chop me up is my favorite track on here… I love his music, but he’s still a lil BEETCH for what he did to Britney
Man.... I don't believe y'all was listening at these albums real time, it seems as if y'all go listen to em to do the review like home work. And this had caused the reviews over the last 6months to be trash. This should be 5. MOTW 4. 20/20 pt 2 3. FSLS 2. Justified 1. 20/20 #2 and #1 is a coin flip, not mad if its flipped
20/20 doesn't have anything close to "All Over Again," "Losing My Way" or even "End Of Time." stop the madness. 20/20 is a beautiful album but it's as shallow as a kiddie pool. Just say you like pretty things and are easily distracted by shiny objects
i do not respect him as a person but everytime i listen or watch his music videos all i think is ''this white boy is coldddd'' hahahahhaha great video guys, peace
How could you not respect someone as a person that you've never met? I could see if you know they were a rapist, a murderer, a racist. But what exactly has dude done that would make you say that?
Man of the woods would have worked better if he had stuck to a similar sound of Say Something throughout it came across as more genuine to me where as most of the other things were either cheesy or trying to hard to be cool (Supplies is a terrible song) I did like Montana though
20/20 Part 2 is underrated. That album had a lot of bangers and none of them were throwaways
I love that entire album, my only issue is the song length was not well justified like in part 1.
I find part 1 overrated and part 2 underrated.
The transition from Sexy Ladies to My Love..... 🔥
Yeah that was fire
What an excellent breakdown, i would probably switch Justified wjth 20/20 part 1, but still loved the rationale behind each of your choices

Great ranking! Could flip 20/20 and Justified. But that’s just a nitpick. Justified low key getting underrated now. And s/o Alpha Dog. His best movie!
Alpha Dog!!!

20/20 part 1 is a bit overrated. FS/LS will be nothing without the collaboration of Danjahandz who Timbo took all the credits from.
