Such a beautiful looking game! I just started to play and it is an easy learn, thankfully. I did notice as I'm sort of playing along with The Board Game Garden that her game has a stone counter alongside her glassworks board that is not in my game or yours. Wonder what that's all about. I got the upgrade mosaic bag, but for now I prefer the one that came in the box. I also got a pack of cards for expansion and a small wooden carved bear. I didn't remember what I ordered in kickstarter (plus gorgeous rubber mat) and I love all of it!
My expansion got delivered today I think. I'd have to watch her playthrough to see what stone counter you are talking about. I got the deluxe but not the foundary edition. I've loved playing this on BGA. can't wait to dive in solo.
If you have pick deluxe edition your counter marker is a wood character with an expansion on the left side to your board. With retail edition you have just a counter on the right sight.

I see what you are talking about in the Board Game Garden video. I think they changed that in the final copy with the meeple tracker on the side.
