There is such no law in Norway. Anybody can buy a house and sell anytime. Pay enormous tax if selling the house in less than a year and if the owner did not live in that place. Otherwise free tax if the owner lived in that house for a minimum of 1 year. Amazing👍

Yes we were lucky. Finally something affordable but this is away from the capital. Houses here are expensive too. But sometimes, cheap houses that are old come up for sale and it’s an amazing grab. Otherwise, we have no chance if we get a normal house. Just need to fix it. Thanks Sybs
That should be the case. But when many are interested to buy the house, the seller always chooses the higher offer. That’s why it was difficult for us to buy a house because of the bidding. Thanks for watching
