My theory of why Greedo speak Huttese in Phantom Menace and New Hope is that his first languange is Huttese, that's why when he was a kid in phantom menace, he spoke Huttese. And when he got older, he learned basic to communicate with people that don't understand Huttese, but he is more comfortable speaking Huttese, that's why he spoke Huttese to Han Solo that understand multiple languanges.
I still don't understand why he speaks huttese in TPM/ ANH and basic in Tcw, did he just forgot his knowledge of basic cause filming the movies made him nervous? Lol
