Hi Lee, we have been to all the islands, and lanzarote has to be the best island for excursions, you must go on the excursions to the underground pools in the volcanic rock, ( where the king of Spain is the only person allowed to swim in it! ) jameos del agua.. Also the volcano tour, where you can see your food being cooked above the lava from the volcano. Have a great time, Andy & Kim Blackpool Donut man.
Also spot on about the self serve tills , hate them , give me a human being every time 👍🏻

Been to lanzarote fantastic island if you get the chance have a walk to matagorda we stayed there nice and quiet but fantastic, enjoy and can’t wait for the vlogs

Hey Lee! Gorgeous gorgeous shots from out the plane window. airports just charge an absolute fortune for everything. I used to think service stations charged a lot but airports are worse. And what’s wrong with Smoky Bacon crisps. One of my favourite flavours along with cheese and onion. Walkers always 😋😋 have a great time. Somewhere different but on the same lines as Tenerife. Take care 😘👍🏻

Finally your going to Lanzarote the better island,we always stay in Costa taguise but go to pdc in the car for the day, could you please try out a new restaurant as I didn’t have time to go, it’s called serenity restaurant, there’s 3 floors, lower level shops then restaurant then a bar on the roof over looking the sea

So glad you have gone to Lanzarote 😀. Love Tenerife but been here 6 times now so one of my favourite places Bollywood Indian is great, tiny bar, Ruta 66, Why Not Bar so many others to choose from. I’m so excited
My partner's mother has just booked a holiday to Lanzarote with a friend next month. So your will be interesting to watch, as I haven't been there yet. Looking to travel to Portugal in 2023. But would also consider Lanzarote. Have a good time Lee👍🏽make sure that you wear your sun block.

Have a good trip Lee. Defo do the Timanfaya National park and have the steak cooked over a Volcano, if you are a nervous passenger on a coach then don't look down :-) last time I was there I was singing "we are the self preservation society" from the film "the Italian Job" the classic version and the best one. As I commented yesterday I always stay at the Beatriz Playa in Matagorda, great views of aircraft. If you are going that way please can you mention if the centre with a few shops is still there please? Last time I was there, there was an Irish bar and a few different places to eat, Chinese, Italian etc..

Great vid Lee, but check out Playa Blanca (on Lanzarote's south coast) - it is far more classy! Try eating at La Chalanita restaurant, right on the front promenade. Great views and fantastic food / drink! 👍🍷🥩🐟🍽

Another great travel vlog Lee. Love the way you edit and produce these videos they are so entertaining. So glad you chose Prawn Cocktail crisps and S.Pelerino (think that’s spelt right), water as I love both. Personally would have gone for tuna sandwiches or ham and mustard but that’s a personal choice. Self service I don’t mind them but I know what you mean putting people out of jobs. Flight looked ok and I’ve seen you in worst seats than what you had there Lee. Love the look of Lanzarote I’ve never been but the UA-camr who I mod for Walk With Me Tim is currently out there and has this evening just done a live. Well worth a watch if you get time Lee. The Craicmaster came into the chat this evening and is also there. Be grand if you could all meet up. Anyway another great vlog Lee.
I've done all the islands Lee everyone of them sadly this was my least favourite windy!! 3 times mind so I had a go try catch the ferry to furterventura that's beautiful good luck looking forward 2a week with you 🌞😂

Lanzarote is my favourite, looks like your in the old town, I've never stayed that far up. Go in to the strip and on the Beach side you will find Electric Scooters, you pay for the time and they are a great way to get about, you can go all the way down on the beach side and the seafront takes you all the way to the back end of the airport if you want to go that far x Enjoy your holiday 👍
Hi Lee. Glad you had a safe journey over. Know how you feel about being last drop off from coach. When i was in GC i chose Puerto Mogan resort way down southern tip of GC. ( Little Venice ) I booked my own place to stay right down on its harbour. You guessed it not only last off coach i then had to walk with cases about 3/4 mile to my harbour suite. Loved how you kept filming all aspects of a typical flight too. Nice for anyone viewing for first time experiences. Please please dont just look for full english breckies venues and english style restaurants and bars. mix it up to include spanish tapas bars and some live music would be good. Enjoy Lanz.

We went to Teguise a few years ago. It was a bit windy, but we enjoyed it.
Lived here all my life and out of all the other islands, it's the nicest one out of all the other ones I've been to, many tourists don't know what secrets this island hides, the caves hidden under the lava cut off from the touristic caves, the views from the top of the volcanoes, the mora fruit that comes once every year, carnaval, Arrecife Rock concerts, fire bomb night with their tradition routine display in Haría, the friendly locals in the north in Maguez, Famara beach, the agriculture of Cesar Manriques work and law on how all the houses are painted white to reflect the heat away from the houses, there's so many places hidden away though

Also go to Costa taguise and try the restaurants in pueblo marinero , El Maestro is one we love

Just about to catch up on your flight vlog , found out u r poorly ,didn't you have and ear infection last year in Tenerife?get to a medical centre,if you been swimming could be the water my partner had an ear infection after swimming in a pool in May. Speedy recovery x

I’ve mostly stayed in Playa Blanca.
I recommend the beaches near their Papagayo… Worth the effort! Go to the anvil Irish bar for breakfast! You can also get the ferry over to Fuertaventura… Enjoy!
Went to Lanzarote on our second family holiday in 1988 it was a great memory as my nan came along with the 4 of us stayed in Playa Blanca in the Lanzarote Princess was a year old then and which is now part of the H10 chain of Hotels great poignant memories of the standard holiday package with Cosmos holidays a Dan Air flight an island that is so close to being on another planet went back to re visit in 2009 and couldn't believe how much Playa Blanca had been developed bur nice and quite place to be
You can't go to playa de carman without going to the MHT ( MUSIC HALL TAVERN 👌 entertainment of drag Queens & a roast dinner thrown in 👌👌👌
